Left my Tag Heuer watch for repair in October and never heard anything again. I called the 1st of December to be told that they had until the 9th. I called again this morning to be told they would get back to me. I called again to speak to the General Manager and she was with a customer so I left . my name and number. She had someone else call me to tell me that there was a communication break down, that someone should have called me. They just approved the repair today. I am glad that I called. My mom and I went to purchase gifts for my sister. We were greeted quickly and saw what we came in after. The man didn't offer to show us anything out of the case. Instead my mom and I had to squat down to look at the choices. We chose three bracelets. I was purchasing two. The man got those. My mom wanted one and the man sighed as he had to get another one out. He then was rude during out checkout and was upset that we wanted each gift in a separate box. Then he put them all in one bag and didn't ask for my mother's email address which is how the item would be looked up for return or exchange.
