I recently hired Bravo Works to install recessed lighting and ceiling fans throughout my house. The owner, Juma, is a super-nice guy and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time, was very courteous, reviewed all the work that was needed and gave excellent suggestions on how best to complete the projects. He took care to protect my floors and furniture while working and the quality of his work was fantastic. Everything was done to code and to a very high standard. I was not able to be at home while Juma was working but he was completely honest and trustworthy and worked alone in the house for several days. Every evening he would lock up the house, turn off the AC and send me photos of the work he completed. In addition to his excellent work, Juma's rates were very competitive. A few days ago, the old ceiling fan in my master bedroom stopped working - I bought a new fan and installed it myself, but for some reason there was no power getting to the fan. I texted Juma at 7pm on a Saturday evening to ask his advice and he called me back and offered to drive to my house (40 minutes away) to help me out. He arrived at 8pm and drove with me to Lowes to get some new parts etc., and then worked till nearly 10.00pm to get everything working perfectly. I asked him how much to pay him and he refused to take a payment saying he was happy to come and help me out. Who does that nowadays? Finally, after much insistence, I got Juma to take some money for his trouble, but it was just another example of what a good, honest person he is. I was very impressed with Juma from Bravo works and would definitely recommend him for lighting and ceiling fan installation. He removed 6 ceiling fans and replaced them with 4 ceiling fans and 2 chandeliers. Quality of work was outstanding. He took the time to make sure none of the ceiling fans wobbled and adjusted even the slightest wobble. He made sure the lighting fixtures were hung evenly and at the right height. He even made a run to Home Depot to get a part because he was not happy with the way one ceiling fan was hanging. While there, he picked up dimming switches to replace our old non-dimming switches. His price was very reasonable. I expected to pay more and actually gave him more than he asked for because I was so impressed with the quality of work. He even cleaned up all the old parts and put them in one location so I didn't have to collect parts from all over the house. I recommend Juma from Bravo works 100%. read more
