Why a broken table was allowed to remain accessible is beyond me. And why they let my baby climb up it is also unbelievable. Absolutely unacceptable that I was not informed immediately when a head injury happened. I don't understand why there is tile in the kids area. And I don't like that there's not monitors in the gym that show the childcare area, especially after this incident

One of my sons moved to Utah to work as a river guide. He paused his membership because there is no gym in Moab. When the season was over he moved to Provo and tried to reactivate his membership. Instead of doing that, these guys canceled his membership and signed him up as a new member... at the higher rate. We were locked in at introductory prices. Totally dishonest. When my son confronted them on it they said there was nothing they could to about it. Now, my youngest is getting older and wants to go to the gym with me. He is 14. I should be able to take him with me because I have guest privileges. But no! You can't bring your kids... they have to be at least 16 years old. But don't worry, you can buy them their own membership at 14 years old, you just can't bring them as a guest. Again these people are dishonest. I was fed some line about waivers and policy. It's is what it is. Dishonest salesmanship and all about money.

I ended up getting a different membership through work and when I went to the location to cancel it was an extremely easy and painless process. They aren't one of those places where you have to beg or jump through hoops to get out of a membership. The same goes for pausing/freezing your membership, they also make that process a breeze. Overall I'm very happy with my experience and highly recommend this location especially.
