Also, know I only leave reviews of the good studios. So if I'm writing, it's a good studio. I attended the Yin class with Emily and was really impressed by her sequencing and the atmosphere she created, even virtually. When you're an experienced Yin Yogi, you can tell quickly whether you're taking a class by a yoga teacher trying to teach Yin or a Yin teacher teaching a Yin class. Emily is a Yin teacher! I felt so wonderfully stretched out and relaxed after class. I would totally recommend their virtual studio to anyone, because they are prompt with communications and getting their link out. I'll be back for more virtual classes. Their community was so welcome and excited to have me, even actively welcoming me and chatting with me before class started. Cool people!

At Woodstock Wellness Center all of the instructors have been wonderful. They seem to embrace and encourage all types of people - all sizes, colors, shapes, and abilities. The only little blip I ran into was one of the substitute instructors - she was supposed to be teaching a Basics class however she taught a class that was more of a gentle Vinyasa. I have enjoyed the many classes I have taken in the past 3 weeks and look forward to continuing my yoga practice at WWC.

This is false advertising…read more When you get in the gate and at their front door, you see another sign that offers a $50 one hour massage. This is also false advertising, which is illegal. Because when you actually go IN the business, the girl shows you the sign that says $60 for a one hour massage. When you say you came in for the special on the sign, she says that's a FOOT ONLY massage. I say that's not what is advertised on the sign. She says yes it is only foot massage on the sign. Oh really??? She takes me out to see the sign. No where does it say foot anywhere on the signs and actually shows a picture of a BACK massage. When I explain this is FALSE ADVERTISING and ILLEGAL, she said it was her a$$hole boss and pointed to the building and went back inside.

No worries though because the rest of the hour, you have the foot soak and full body (over the clothes) massage. Super friendly couple. My boyfriend is a diabetic and the gal was able to get those darn knots in his foot out with very little issue.
