We rearranged all the furniture the night before and made arrangements for our dog to be gone during the day of the cleaning appointment. I had a doctor appointment that morning but my partner was home waiting for Eric to arrive. I received several texts from two different phone numbers stating it was Eric and he had a flat tire. I received these texts while I was at my dr. appointment so I did not see them right away. When I was done with the doctor and saw the texts and replied (within the 8:15am to 9:25am appointment window) he said that he moved onto the next appointment and wouldn't be coming. This was at 9:20 am! I called him several times then and left voicemails but he never answered or called back. There was somebody waiting at the house for him to clean our carpets and he never showed up, wasting our entire morning and having to rearrange all the heavy furniture for nothing. When I tried to contact Groupon to file a complaint and get my money back, he lied and said we called him names like trash and that he refused to refund our money. We told him his customer service was trash, not him personally, which is true! I had to file many complaints and waste so much time with Groupon trying to get my money back from this guy. I found his rates for a small, medium, large room from $45-$80 reasonable. He came to measure the 5 bedrooms and 2 master closets to provide a firm quote. He stated he would put down a plant based solution to help break up any grease and has no odor. Our carriers were not really dirty as they are a few years new. He and Philipe cleaned them in 1.15 minutes. He left behind 2 floor fans to help dry them. I also have ceiling fans. Running in high. Carpets dried in about 6 hours or so. Ash uses a truck mounted vacuum, he also covers the corners of your home so that the hose they use for hot water extraction does not rub against or chip the paint or wood. He works pretty quickly from room to room. I would highly recommend him. He also owns another carpet cleaning company (BL Carpet services, see van) in addition to Attention to Detail Carpet
