Explained the entire process step-by-step and then did really high quality work. Our grout and caulking looks like new and all soap scum was completely removed from the tiles. He also extended our grout to cover our separate tub, which was a nice plus. Josh was very friendly and efficient. Also, Kyle was very responsive in getting us the estimate, very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them for any grout or caulking work and would definitely use them again when repairs are needed.

Mike was involved with the whole project; demo, waterproofing, tile installation, installing a toilet, and fixtures. He is easy to work with and provides good recommendations for options or improvements that can be made. I ask a lot of questions, and he was happy to answer them all and explain patiently. He has a good eye and pays attention to small details that make the final product come out really nice. Other parts of the project like plumbing, electrical and stone countertops Mike has people he works with to complete the job seamlessly. They cut, polished, and installed a quartzite countertop and sink, added plumbing for the shower, and installed a glass shower door. Overall, the project was completed quickly. Mike was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to future tile projects.

Make sure you read your estimate before they come out to do the work because the floor of the shower was not even written up as being anything that needed to be fixed. That's where the grout needed to be fixed. The estimate was $458. All they did was caulk and steam clean and the person couldn't do anything with the grout because it wasn't on the estimate. But they call themselves the grout medic. I wouldn't use this company again. And then when I called to discuss this with Amy, she was not available as she's out doing estimates and Jerry the person who answered the phone was very rude. Not customer orientated at all if you're not calling for just an estimate. They become a whole different animal after that. We are going to have an actual tile person finish the job.

This included removal of the carpet, installation of the new flooring, and reinstalling the baseboards along with touchup paint where needed and re-caulking. Paul's communication throughout the process was excellent. We set up the installation date and time and he and his son were able to knock it out in just over 3 hours at a reasonable price.

He referred me to Tile Liquidators in Roseville (also a great experience) and even when we decided to change our mind from LVP and go with Revwood laminate there wasn't any problem. Paul sent me photo updates constantly, and completed the work quickly but meticulously! He always left the house perfectly clean after working. No one informed me beforehand about any "closed door policy," and no one called, texted, or asked the person present in the home before leaving the job incomplete. What frustrated me most was the handling afterward. I rearranged my evening waiting for the technician to return after being told they could come back the same day, but no one showed up. Later I was told the technician got stuck in traffic but still not going to make it. The company repeatedly described communication as "difficult," despite never attempting to contact me before leaving the room unfinished. The refund process also felt unnecessarily defensive. The initial refund offer didn't even fully cover the unfinished room and service fee, and only increased after extended back-and-forth discussions. Mistakes happen, but clear communication and accountability matter. Disappointing experience overall, especially after being so hopeful based on the reviews. A refund of $80 was paid. Now I get to pay another person $125 tomorrow to complete the job. Yegor and his tech offered to come next week. However the furniture has all been moved. Plus I don't trust they'll show, like what happened the first time. He also text me asking me to reconsider this review. Bro. Beware of this business.
