First the good: the technician arrived promptly at the appointed time. After explaining the scope of work he suggested cleaning a small rug in addition, which I agreed to. He was courteous and his rates were reasonable. The poor: the technician came to clean my sofa and dining room chairs. He got cleaning solution all over my hardware floor and the two tables adjacent to the couch. He wiped up some but I only noticed the tables later. My scheduled arrival time was 8:30a-9am and Quintin showed up early! I love early! I wasn't exactly ready yet as I was cleaning up after my kids and breakfast but I was thrilled at the early arrival. Quintin got started right away. He was very professional, super friendly and such a joy. He was available to answer any questions I had and was very personable. He did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet in my living room, hallway and my sons bedroom. I didn't have any noticeable stains but just wanted to clean the carpet since I have children. This is the second time I've used Speedee to clean my carpets and my couch. Dave, the owner is awesome! When I call he knows who I am, has my address in hand and is ready to schedule my cleaning. I have two small dogs who hate going outside when it's cold or raining therefore, have marked our brand new carpet in our new home. Could not be happier with the carpet cleaning job that Speedee's did. I've had a few different carpet companies clean my place but Speedee's has done such a better and more thorough job than any of the others. They were able to remove some heavy staining and my carpets are rejuvenated and look fantastic. Got my floor tile and grout cleaned today and what a transformation. I use a wet mop and steamer on my floors but it didn't compare to the cleaning service they provided. Dave was right on time and even went over a stained spot a few times. He was able to lighten it quite a bit. After cleaning, he wiped the edges of the tile at the baseboards and where it meets the carpet and I appreciated his attention to detail. He had the whole area treated, cleaned and edges wiped in about an hour. We did have several quotes from several reputable cleaners, some were higher, and some lower. Now, we've had several different carpet cleaners throughout the years, but no company has come close to Speedee's Carpet Cleaning! He came here on time, and started cleaning our downstairs living area. The carpeted area he cleaned is probably about a thousand square feet. We also asked if he would clean a few of the bottom steps and he ended up cleaning all the stairs into our loft area! Our carpet looks as good as it did when we first purchased our home! He was able to lift the stains out of the high traffic areas and it's been a few weeks since he's cleaned it, and unlike the other companies we've used, those stains didn't return in a matter of days.
