Excellent Service - Still the Same Great Experience! I disagree with the negative reviews I've read--they don't reflect my visits. I came in today, and this studio hasn't changed a bit since the first time I came years ago -- still beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The interior is aesthetic and inviting. I was greeted right away by the front desk staff and even offered a drink. Dana's hands are amazing -- so light and gentle that even though I came for a lash lift, tint, and brows, I felt like I was in a spa. She's meticulous, calm, and always makes sure I'm comfortable. went and saw Dana back in June for lip blushing was so excited felt like I could trust her and her work but was sadly mistaken. three days after I woke up my lip was so so swollen I couldn't talk. rushed to the er tjey diagnoaed me with necrosis. the Er doctor told me if I hadn't come in sooner they would have had to remove pieces of my lip. thankfully I was given antibiotics within two weeks of taking antibiotics my lips are normal sized. Here's an update---I went to see Dana for a microblade touch-up, 6 weeks after my initial visit. I'm writing this 2 weeks post visit and am so happy with my eyebrows! On my 2nd visit, Dana made my brows a bit longer and did a nice fill, making my brows a little fuller and darker. My brows are tasteful for an older woman, not too much of a statement. Yesterday was my 6 week microblade touch up with Dana Just as Dana said it would be during the initial healing process there were moments I loved my brows and then other moments when they were scabbing and I was . Each time I had a question and text her, she was always quick to respond and never made me feel like I wasn't important! My brows healed exactly as Dana said they would, another testament to how well she knows what she's doing! And yesterday when I went in for the touch up she was precise, detailed, caring....and isn't that what you want when you are having any kind of procedure done on your face? Honestly, this was such a great and seamless experience! Dana was very receptive via text and was so accommodating, she even offered to squeeze me into her schedule the day of! I had an eyebrow lamination + tint and eyelash lift + tint done. I LOVE the results! It came out so beautiful! She has a very soft touch, I honestly could've taken a nap while she was doing the whole thing lol. She's very careful and pays attention to small details -- which is such a relief because this is key for amazing results. Most people are always in a rush but she takes her time to ensure perfect craftsmanship. I grew out my eyebrows for a few months after a horrendous threading experience (my eyebrow lady thinned out my eyebrows). I was nervous to come here at first, but Dana did an amazing job of working with my brow/face shape. And, she even checked in with me a few times during the process to ask how she'd like my eyebrows to be styled. So , I booked a brow lamination for my girl and everything was great , I paid a $50 dollar deposit and still everything ok , as you know things happens and I'd let them know that we were late and then everything started to complicated , they told me that it was a $25 late fee that it was ok to me but then I realized that the traffic was terrible and I told them that it was going to take me more than a few minutes and if is was possible to switch with someone else that I was ok to wait and they told me that they will try to do it , we get there after a long traffic ride and they told me that they have to mark us as non show and cancel our appointment that I was charged , at the en there is no reimbursement and I travel from San Francisco to Walnut Creek for nothing read more
