    They do have beer

Seems to be very clean. I must say for being out in nowhere land very clean. I was sat very quickly and my server came over almost immediately. Not a lot of customers so I hope the food is good. I stopped to get out of the rain. There is an old time soda shop but it is not open when I asked the waitress she said it is really never open anymore They do allow for take out and eat in. That is a plus I can't stop thinking of how clean this place is!! So I'm not looking for spectacular so it met that. Ordered the chicken fried steak. Little overcooked do it was hard and chewy. The gravy is not home made but it was ok. Suggest with the boiled corn throw on the grill really quick I also got the chips and salsa, chips must be from a bag as some are stale and salsa is nothing to write home about. Maybe try and make some salsa I think it would be a hit!!

We had a great experience here. Service was friendly and attentive. Food was fresh and hot. It's a Diner, nothing fancy, but basic food done well. Prices were reasonable, portions were large & the experience was great. Really glad we stopped.

Truly excellent food for being out in the middle of nowhere! Decent service, though getting seated takes a little while when the hostess is busy checking out customers. So many choices it's difficult to decide! We are working nearby for the next month and a half and I know will be back again and again!

Lamb stew, or best known salty fatty lamb chunks!

Dropped by this place on our route66 trip and this was the worse food we have tasted during our 65 days journey. Ordered medium rare steak with baked potato and lamb stew. The lamb stew is incredibly salty with fatty tissues on few piece of bones, the fried bread supposed to be soft and crunchy, not these... hard and tasted day old. And then the steak, overcook at first, sent back to kitchen, came back rare with blood and cold meat inside. What so hard about medium? 4 minutes each side, or until 140degF inside, rest, then serve! Couldn't eat much of it just nibble on bland boiled corn and a bit of baked potato for late lunch. And the service, took 15 minutes to be seated, 20 minutes for food to arrived after ordered, then you got lousy and expensive food!

two plates of food with the words awesome menu selection at the best value

After a long drive from Los Vegas, pulling into Dancing Eagle for a late lunch was such a surprise, who would have thought a small quaint casino on an Indian reservation would be so good, so clean and must of all so big, what a huge selection of food!

The Laguna Burger is totally worth it!

This place is a nice and convenient detour off the I-40. We had a mix of salads, wraps, sandwiches, chicken fingers, and the Laguna Green Chilies burger... all very good. Denise was an excellent server.

The casino is kinda strict, doesn't allow photography which I feel really works against them considering we're in the age of TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels era, if your customers or patrons don't share the entertainment experience, there's really nothing else you can do to drive foot traffic. Organic growth comes from a feedback loop. Even a blue collared truck driver like me knows something bout marketing. But oh well. I had to put my phone away. And now, about this Great American Diner. Had I not seen the poster about this breakfast joint...I would have never known there was a diner nestled away in this village. Now that I've ordered the Pork Chops + Eggs Breakfast Platter........and at $8.99? Honestly, these are the best pork chops I've ever eaten on the road. They're packed with juice, a balanced amount of fat, the seasoning is a mix of rosemary, lime, salt, cracked pepper, garlic and oregano. And again for $8.99....wow, does this place no justice because it's empty on a Monday morning. So there it is, if you're ever on route 66, stop in here for the pork chops. Somehow the casino restaurant operators are running this place as either a loss leader (such as Costco's hotdogs), Or... Inflation doesn't exist on Indian Reservations..

Crispy Brussels sprouts had great flavor but way too much cayenne pepper (which adds nothing but heat) my husband ate them but said he would prefer less heat. I had 2 bites and gave up. Baked brie was amazing I loved the granny Smith apples! My husband loved them too. We also got the hummus duo which has dates on it and I used a date in the brie that was fantastic! I'll ask for that next time! It was the bomb. Hummus duo was good the watermelon radish was beautiful on the plate but gave both hummus a bitter flavor. Shrimp and grits. We live in Alabama currently and this was our least favorite dish of the day. Shrimp were cooked well and so were the grits but there was just something else it needed. Parmesan cheese and some onions maybe. Greek salad delicious. The flash fried chick peas made it. We needed more dressing and the wait staff was prompt and sweet about it. Spicy Lime Ceasar was ok till he requested more dressing then it was amazing. I was afraid of ordering it but the dressing wasn't too spicy . White sangria I had was disappointing it was more of a 1995 wine spritzer than a wine infused with citrus which is the very essence of sangria. It was ok and had I ordered a wine spritzer I would say yummo but I ordered sangria. Pork Belly flat bread was the winner of the night the tomato jam made that dish. I would love more on it next time but we will definitely be ordering that dish again! Yes we had a lot of left over food! But I love sampling a menu and this menu has a lot to offer. We will be back to try 4 or five other things. I look forward to my return.

(Except for the noise from an occasional loud vehicle that drove by!) We ordered two appetizers: Korean Chicken Bites and Parmesan Zucchini Ribbons. The chicken bites weren't our favorite. Just okay. But the zucchini ribbons with the lemon basil aioli were so good! I would go back just to order that starter again. One disappointment is that I really wanted to order the Shishito Peppers. No longer on the menu. My meal was the Pastrami Reuben with fries. I switched out the Swiss cheese for cheddar. I liked the meal, and it was enough to bring half of the sandwich home for lunch the next day. The other two ordered the Crispy Pork Belly & Tomato Jam flat bread. One liked it, the other was just okay with it. Two of us ordered sangria. It was white, which came as a surprise to us. It was less sweet than we prefer. Another in our group ordered a mocktail and quite liked it. Got a second one and I don't believe they charged for the refill. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of it. It might sound like I have too many issues to give a 4-star rating, but I stand by it. The amience was nice. The wait staff was pleasant. The menu was creative. I'll definitely go back.

Our service was outstanding-food came out quickly and our server quickly and easily was able to accommodate some minor modifications to our dishes. We started our dinner by sharing the guacamole salad, chips, salsa verde, and salsa rojo. The guacamole was rich, fresh, and creamy, and the chips were warm, crispy, with the right amount of salt. The salsa verde was delicious; the salsa rojo was OK. I got the sample platter for my main dish; I particularly liked the brisket taco. We ordered the green chile stew, fish tacos, green/red wet burrito with steak and taco salad with steak. They accidentally brought shrimp tacos instead of the fish, so we got to try those too. Everything was decent. - Green chile stew: good flavor. A little spicy for some. Liked that it was served with a tortilla. - Taco salad: got it with rice and beans. Steak was good. - Red/green wet burrito with steak: Really good flavor. Loved the combo of the sauces. Side of pozole was also delicious. - Fish tacos: the fish was nice and crispy, but I didn't love the cremas, which in my opinion are key to a good fish taco. The papas side was delish. The beans side was a bit salty. The horchata had good flavor but seemed a bit watery. The Diet Coke was good (looks like they recently switched from Pepsi since some of the menus still said Pepsi). The seating area is large. The AC was on a little high -- we had to go to the car for jackets.
