Mango mojito

Great ambience. Easy parking. Service is really great. Food is authentic and delicious. Our table started with drinks. We tried Sex in Bollywood beach: yum Pomegranate martini: double yum Mango mojito: good Dinner was excellent. The naan comes at the end of the meal so next time I would ask for it at the beginning of the meal.

I will definitely come here again. It had been a long time since I'd been to one of their locations, but my friend and I were seeing a show at the Orpheum and an Indian place just a few blocks away (and with metered spaces that are cheaper and more plentiful than I was expecting), this was perfect for us. They have a large menu with all the standards you'd expect, and a particularly generous selection of vegetarian entrees. That was a requirement for my friend, who got Baignan Bharta Eggplant. She absolutely loved it. I got chicken vindaloo, which was good. Vindaloo is usually best with beef or lamb, but I was following a diet rule. I asked for 3/5 spice level and it was near the high end of what I tolerate, so expect them to give you spicy when you want it. We also got Cheese Pakora, which came with two very nice sauces. The best thing was the service. They were really nice; very attentive and fast. My favorite is that we mentioned when she seated us that we wanted to make sure to make it to the theater on time, and it seemed like that message got around because they were really quick with us and made sure the check was on the table early. I like the idea of coming here before seeing a show at one of those theaters on Hennepin, so I'll definitely do that again.

We went to Dancing Ganesha on a weekend and it a great spot for Indian! We got Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Josh and a Chai Tea and Mango Lassi. All the food was great and the food came out quickly. The food is comparable to the other Indian restaurants in Minneapolis and there is street parking around the restaurant. We went later at night and there was plenty of seating available. I would order all the same items again or try more next time!

We stopped in here after a Twins game. It was an easy atmosphere with enough noise to talk comfortably. We ordered the samosas, garlic naan, crispy chili chicken and biryani. It all came out fast and steaming hot. This is a great place to stop in when you're out and about in Minneapolis!

I was at my hotel and didn't want to venture out and eat at my favorite Korean spot so I decided to venture out virtually and ordered Indian via door dash. The garlic Naan was a biggerportion size than what I'm used to and it comes with 4 pieces!!! The chicken sauce was heavenly with the thick creamy sauce to dunk those garlic naan. Thank god I felt full and the sauce was running out otherwise I would have wiped it all down with all 4 pieces of naan

They say your style of life's a drag And that you must go other places. But just don't you feel too bad. When you get fooled by smiling faces. The changes you take yourself through but.. Don't you worry 'bout a thing Don't you worry 'bout a thing, pretty mama..:) The Dancing Ganesha will have your taste buds spinning...We started this Indian journey with two nice glasses of Cabernet...then Bombay Calamari...perfectly cooked and seasoned lightly fried squid...and Lamb Samosas packed with delicious ground lamb with three luxurious dips...(no papadum??). Not pictured and most scrumptious was the Lamb Korma...with a most delightful sauce of cashews, raisins and spice...one of the best Kormas we've had..:) All we could say was "Bam bambam bambam bambam, bambambambam... Don't you worry 'bout a thing Don't you worry 'bout a thing, Mata..:) Best, Avram Wonder Jr.

The server accidentally gave us dessert before we got our food, and the owner told them to take it back so we can be served fresh. We got some combo meals that come with side dishes. Fish was sooo tender and sauce has a good mix of spice and sourness. Momo and mango lasi were also fresh and you can tell they are made in house. Vibes are just cozy and warm overall, and I can't wait to be back for the second time!!

Thankfully, my companions were all willing to split dishes, so I could try more than one. We started out with the lentil green onion pancakes. They were don't earth than I had expected. I thought they would be more of a super crispy flat dish, but they have the substance of a real pancake, with savory flavors. Really wonderful. We ordered three entrées, including the jackfruit and the eggplant. The jackfruit was my absolute favorite, but that was not universal. I think it was very well well prepared, but not everyone likes jackfruit and not everyone loves those spices. But it made me so happy. The eggplant dish was pretty good, but the potato two eggplant ratio could be improved. A few too many potatoes and not enough eggplant. Otherwise excellent. The service was fine. The owner did come over and say hello to us afterwards and he was delightful. Another excellent immigrant owned business to support in Minneapolis.

We loved almost everything we tried. They have a fairly extensive menu, with lots of apps, street foods, curries, and some surprise dishes that aren't so easily found at other Indian spots. We tried the dahi puri, paneer makhani, tandoori murg, makki roti with sarson ka saag, and several naan. The paneer was creamy with tons of flavor, and my husband said the roti with saag dish reminded him of home - big win! The dahi puri was cool and brightly flavored and crunchy and creamy, perfect starter on a hot day. The only thing I would maybe pass on is the tandoori chicken - while it came out sizzling with a great char, it had some strange flavors, almost like they mixed in chili Gobi or something with it? Not bad, just not what was expected, especially since everything else really hit it out of the park. The restaurant was empty when we arrived at an off time, but started to fill up quickly as we approached dinner time. Family friendly, as we brought our baby and felt comfortable with her both in a wagon and high chair, the service was kind and very accommodating. Can't wait to come back and try more the next time an Indian food craving hits!

It was not, it was an assortment of dishes which were all tasty. There was rice, naan, a chicken dish, a lamb/beef dish, a veggie dish, a crunchy bread, and a piece of galub jamun for dessert. The lamb was probably was favorite and was gone very quickly. The chicken was a close second and had a ton of flavor which the naan soaked up nicely. The galub jamun was a pleasant surprise as well. I got an order to go, it was syrupy and a perfect sweet treat to end a savory meal. I would go back! P.s. I ordered mild and the nice waitress politely insisted on medium. It wasn't an issue but I was glad I didn't order it any hotter than that lol!
