He was not at all a representative of "Minnesota Nice." It was rather a display of "Minnesota Rude" in his tone and tenor. For entrees, we ordered the coconut curry, which had a great flavor and wasn't overly sweet (which can sometimes happen when a kitchen overdoes the coconut milk). I ordered the Delhi butter chicken. I arrived home with the goods in hand. My mother opened it and gave me a look of disappointment, contempt, and disgust. The pakora was cold, limp, and not battered. It seemed like it was microwaved or even just taken straight out of the fridge. We still made the curry, but it was an abomination. I've never had pakora this bad.
