We reserved a dumpster for a specific date. We were told to call the day before for a delivery…read moretime. We called and were told to call back the day of delivery and we would be given a time. I specifically said we lived an hour away from the delivery address so needed a heads up on delivery time. We called at 7am day of delivery and were told someone would call back. No one did and then they called and said no one is here so we are going to drop on the street! We said no that doesn't work so they then said we would have to pay a Re delivery fee! Ridiculous! We cancelled and were charged a $400 cancellation fee. Seriously??? Horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
