I've been a patient of Dr. Elbert for a few years now and I can honestly say that I am a lucky person for coming across his practice. My interaction with dentists in the past has been purely business. I go, in, get the work done, I'm out. I didn't even know the names of the people who worked on me and I doubt they knew mine. With Dr. Elbert's practice, they truly care about you. Everyone says, "hi" to you from the receptionist at the front, to every person you pass on the way to your chair. And it's a genuine "hi" with a genuine smile. Over the weekend, I had some filler for a chipped tooth come out. I called Monday afternoon to see when they could fit me in. By 9:20 Tuesday morning I was in a chair and by 9:50 I was out the door. But it wasn't just "business". The doctor and his awesome assistant Jennifer sat down with me and went over different options. Filler again? File down the excess as long as it's not too much? They gave me their opinion and I gave mine and collectively we decided on what would be best. And the work came out great- dare I say, flawless. The point is, going to the dentist is never a pleasant experience for ANYONE. But you should find someone that will legitimately make you feel safe and comfortable. That's what this practice will give you. Down to earth, caring, fun people that enjoy what they do. Honestly, I've seen many dentists over the years.... I've had a lot of work done on my teeth. Like a lot of people, I have experienced major anxiety going to have work done. I must say, this has been the best experience I have ever had. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I can't believe I'm saying this... but I'll probably show up to all the appointments I schedule now. That's a big deal. I'm really grateful to have found a place that I know I can trust and have a positive experience. I recently broke my front tooth and went to Dr. Elbert in hopes that he could repair what little was left of it. Dr. Elbert exceeded my expectations. Not only did he manage to make my smile as good as new, but he did multiple procedures with such precision and gentleness that I have yet to experience with any other dentist. What impressed me most about Dr. Elbert was his concern for the patient, his explanations before and after every procedure, and his pain management methods. Dr Elbert saved our wedding! True story... we planned our big day for New Years Eve when what should happen at the rehearsal dinner but the groom lost a crown. Even though I knew the office was closed for the holidays, I called Dr Elbert immediately and he agreed to met me at his office the next morning, New Years Eve day! 5 hours before the wedding I was in his dental chair (in an otherwise closed office) and he put my tooth back together. I had a cleaning today, and I arrived incredibly fearful but Rachel was incredible, she was so reassuring, so gentle and I had a wonderful experience. We've been going to this dentist for a couple of years. The Hygienist are the best. They take so much time with each patient and do a wonderful job cleaning. We really like Dr. Elbert because it doesn't appear that the almighty dollar is his first priority.
