HORRIBLE and I mean HORRIBLE customer service. To be more specific Jose Valencia. He's got a nasty I don't want to work attitude. I don't know if it's that he dislikes his job or its to early for him but man he's horrific. Called about my policy had questions and his response was "can't do anything about it" but keep in mind he sold me my policy. Yuck I'm completely disgusted with his useless response. Talk about putting people in a bad mood and ruining a morning. Needed information on the coverage of my police and a specific vehicle. Wasn't able to answer my question like a decent person. He had plain "no " "there's nothing I can do" "I don't know contact customer service" YUCK YUCK !!!!!! Luckily I was able to reach customer service after 5 tries because it kept reconnecting me to him. Mr.Valencia should either stay home or come into work with his A game . Perhaps some extra training should be provided. Owner/ Manager where are you??? Is there even anyone over looking the office? I suggest the management to focus on having better service. Bring in your brokers for extra training and shadow them because this ridiculous some of these people spend so much time chit chatting with each other when there's work that should be don't right if not enforce some kind of regulation. Worst car insurance experience of my life. Should have listened to the words of advice the reviews for this horrible company. I never write a negative review but couldn't help myself after my experience with these people. Fernando Mendez is a straight up crook. Charged me 200 broker fee which I was ok with n then could never get tgis guy on the phone again. People in office said I had to deal with my agent n Fernando could never b reached again. Even txt. Called his personal cell phone n still got cold treatment. I guess he didn't want to insure the two new cars I got. Went straight to infinity ins carrier myself n eliminated the need for any broker fees. U don't need agent u can handle everything on your own n not have yo pay them shit. I wouldn't b so mad if they just would have taken care of me. This was the worse insurance experience I have ever had. Worst company ever. So i bought a brand new BMW 328I and i had 2 points on my record. I called around to find the cheapest insurance. I called Just auto insurance and the lady told me that's going to be 189.49 a month (not a bad price for full coverage with 2 points in my record). The lady made me pay 498.76 upfront ( first and last month plus the enrollment fee). 1 week later i found Farmers insurance and got a way better quote from them ( 143.12) with no enrollment fees and all that. I called the agent from Just auto insurance and told her that i found a better rate and if she could do the same if not i would change over. She was told me she cant and hanged up the phone. Later that day i called again so i could get refunded (498.76) one week of insurance coverage shouldn't be more that 100. I was told by the lady that i was only going receive back 100 and the rest was broker fees and insurance coverage for that week. I was very frustrated and i asked to speak to her manager she told me she was the manager and there is nothing she can do. Overall i lost 398.76 for one week of insurance but i will never go back there again. read more
