Both Trina and Ian completely resolved the unnecessary chaos caused by James this morning and I am back with OnTrac. They care about customers and not just money. James was the exception but Trina and Ian are the exceptional example of what this company stands for. First review: James was a complete jerk today when I called to get emergency assistance today. I've never been treated so horribly by anyone there and won't be doing any further business with OnTrac. I called for emergency service because the door wouldn't close, the over $4000 door they installed that is less than 5 years old and was JUST serviced by them less than a month ago. James says no one is available for a week, and emergency service would run $499, but since he "wants to work with me" they'll ONLY charge me $299 for someone to come out tomorrow. Oh, and if I have another company service the door, then OnTrac will void the warranty. Add to that he wouldn't let me speak to anyone else when he was talking in circles. OnTrac is the third party company Costco uses for the garage door services they offer. I'll be contacting them too. I'm done with them.

He stopped by around 1 pm and gave us a quote and a brochure on the doors. He gave us a quote to just patch the door to get it working again and for an entirely new door with new weather stripping all around. Best bet for us was to get a new door because our old one was cracking in several places. We confirmed via text on Friday. Just a few hours later and he came back over, collected the deposit, and gave me an invoice. He said he already ordered our door before he came over and just had to pick it up. On Monday he and Adam showed up around 1pm and had our new door installed and running by 4pm. The new door is GREAT and has a 1 yr watrant Overall Primo has great communication, they are fast, friendly and affordable. Thank you so much Freeman and Adam, our new garage is beautiful. Note: I think the whole experience was very fast, but Freeman said if we had called earlier in the morning it probably could have even been done same day!

I needed it fixed quickly so the contractor can continue his work without me staying here 24/7. I also wanted a quality opener with a decent price and good workmanship by the installer. I called EZ Garage Door and they met all these requirements with flying colors. I contacted EZ and its owner, Robert, responded immediately. He was on vacation but scheduled me the next day after his vacation ended. He offered me a free inspection to find the problem I was having, but I already was planning to have a new opener installed. As a courtesy, he sent me a list of openers I could have installed, with the total OTD price for whichever one I chose. He had at least 7-8 to choose from. He installs only quality brands and is very knowledgeable of what each can do, which depends on what you want the new opener to do. He arrived at the scheduled time and was ready to install immediately, since I had already chosen the opener I wanted. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and very prepared to do the job. He had to work around a "remodel in process", but had no issues or problems with the situation. He said it would take about 90 minutes to complete the job: 60 to complete the installation and 30 to explain any and all nuances of my new opener. The installation was very clean and professional. I not only want quality but appearance as well. It must be good AND look good. Robert was excellent! It looks clean. He spent the last few minutes explaining all the new functions of my new opener and how to use them. If you haven't purchased an opener in years, BE READY FOR AN EXPERIENCE! They have modernized the opener to meet today's automation. My business with EZ Garage Doors was a great experience. Robert is young, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He's clean, organized and leaves no trace of even being here. He truly deserves a 5 star rating, and if you're looking to replace or upgrade your opener, this is the place to go.
