    Damaged rear view mirror

Really great and quick service. He fixed my Audi A6 rear view mirror that fell off. Fixed it quickly and a very great price. Would definitely recommend this business!

Best price and Best service My Jt had cracked windshield , claim insurance and get quotes without insurance but nobody can't match Daniel's glass price. Also perfect job done. Thank you

An affordable price for a windshield replacement and super fast and friendly service.

I spoke with Joseph over the phone, and he was able to get me in first thing the next day. He was extremely helpful, offered a fair price, delivered great quality work, and completed the repair quickly. I highly recommend this place if you're dealing with a large windshield crack and need a repair fast, like I did. They'll take good care of you and your wallet WILL thank you!

Talking about fast and simple responses, I didn't have to wait days for the window to show up and half the price that everyone else wanted. Friendly great service He definitely went [he extra mile thank you Glass Guy.

A few years ago, I had my windshield replaced by another shop because it was a little cheaper. They rushed the job, reused old molding, and didn't prep the surface correctly. The windshield looked fine at first, but after the first heavy rain I started noticing water leaking inside my car. Later I learned that shortcuts like poor cleaning, improper primer application, or not allowing the adhesive to cure properly can lead to leaks, wind noise, and even reduce the windshield's ability to protect you in an accident. When I went to OC Windshields, they took the time to explain the entire process. They showed me why quality urethane adhesive matters, why proper preparation is so important, and why rushing a windshield installation can create problems down the road. I realized I wasn't just paying for a piece of glass I was paying for safety, experience, and peace of mind. Sometimes the cheapest option ends up costing more. After seeing the difference firsthand, I can honestly say the quality was worth every penny. If you're getting your windshield replaced, don't just compare prices. Compare the workmanship. It makes all the difference.

I dropped off my car at 9a and came back at 4p (closing time, even though the business hours on this page says 7p) and still had to wait till 4:45p to drive off with my car. If you are on a time budget, schedule the weekend or something. I was late to get back to work. The work itself was good and the Xpel XR nano-ceramic tint is truly an excellent product. VERY good heat reduction I've notice inside my car on these hot hot summer days. Definitely would recommend their service, but be mindful of your time in case it isn't a 'quick' pickup.

Wow! Professional!…read moreSolid! Best Price! Better and personalized service! Immediate response to inquiry! Very thorough and precise. Great and frequent communication throughout - we will be there by 11 am, we are 15 minutes out; it will take 45 minutes to replace, and then - the car is ready! No games or bs like the others trying to play the we don't know till we actually see it even though they have my VIN and a Live Photo of the exact condition of the windshield. Rich was wonderful to speak with and he told me to make sure I sent him my VIN and a photo at a particular angle to ensure an accurate quote. Well Johnny and Manuel did just that. They gave me a great price that was literally 38 percent lower than the other ones I had received. The best part besides the amazing job they did - they were just so nice and respectful- of the car and the surroundings as well. Johnny was stellar - calm and with great energy - he explained everything very well and then said X and magnificently did X. He cleared and cleaned up everything. Thank you for taking our stress away and coming on such short notice and doing a bang up ( wait can I write that and mean the opposite;)?) job - a stellar job! I will tell everyone I know locally about my wonderful 5 star experience with Mobile Safe Auto Glass in La Mirada. Very grateful to you!

The gentleman said it can crack after the repair, at no time he stated that it can crack during the repair. I go inside the house and 15min. later he informed me that the crack got bigger/longer. I go to check and this thing is now at least 18". He then says it wasn't him and blames the heat. I tell him that the chip has been there before Feb. it's been to numerous states driven over pot holes and speed bumps and it never cracked. He blames the heat. He said it could happen anytime. Just a coincidence that the same day he came out to repair it just so happens to crack. I asked, what were you doing when it cracked, he denied doing anything. I told him it's impossible, he then said that he was drilling to make the repair and that's when it cracked. He then says that he could stop the crack, guaranteed. Then I asked, how can you guarantee anything, he said because of my tools and experience. I then asked why did your tools and experience didn't stop it from happening in the first place. He said this side I can, I asked why and he said because it crack to the bottom, so no because he is doing anything but because the crack reached the very end of the windshield. Then he says but the other end of the crack might continue to crack, even with his experience and tools. He refused to take responsibility, and ownership. Denied it was him and continued to blame the heat, not his drilling. I told him that he needs to do a better job at communicating by saying "there's a chance it might crack during the repair" I believe the language barrier contributed heavily to the miss communication. Why would I risk cracking my windshield during a repair if it's been there for 6months, it worth it.. now I have to replace the windshield and pay to get the windshield tinted again. Please stay away. Not worth it, better off going to safelite, or buying the kit on Amazon. He won't tell people that it can get worse because most people will decide not to do it. Did not apologize, I asked what he was going to do and he said "nothing, it's not my problem". He reached out to a friend to get a quote on a new windshield to tell me how much it was going to cost me,, can't make this stuff up.. tried to support locals small businesses but sometimes they are worse and in this case 100% he is worse. Your reply is not accurate. You claiming that it was the weather, it was the improper use of your tools. So user error on your part. The were much hotter days in the past months. Truck has been to AZ, UT and Nevada in hotter temperatures. But it's just a coincidence that it cracked the same day you came out to repair. Like I said, you failed to communicate effectively. Was the rock chip already there, yes but it did not spread in almost 6 months. You claimed that you could fix it, really. The rock chip got larger, and how can you expect a customer to trust you while you say I can fix it now that you made the situation worse with my tools and expertise. You mean the same tools and expertise you used to make the small chip a bigger issue. No one said you caused the small chip, but you 100% made the situation so bad that the windshield has to be replaced now. Then you have the nerves to call a friend to get a windshield quote, who is going to trust you or anyone you deal with. Maybe that's why you don't tell customers that the rock chips or cracks can get worse with your tools and expertise because no one will take a chance on making a small chip into an a cracked that travel across half the windshield
