Booked a same day appt with Jonathan through the Yelp app to get my windshield replaced on my RSX. The windshield had to be ordered with a deposit, which is understandable. I was a little late to my scheduled appt, but they went right to work as I pulled up. The shop is located inside of Pick Your Part Junk Yard's parking lot. The shop was busy, cranking out one windshield job after another. Jonathan was very friendly, helpful and serviceable. The price of the windshield replacement was the best I could find in town. This shop isn't the prettiest looking place but it checked all the boxes and I left a very satisfied customer. I will happily be recommending this place to my friends and family. I had a horrible experience coming to this establishment. Went in for a super small rock repair and the owner's son cracked my windshield. This happened on 7/31/25. I specifically told the gentleman if there was a chance it would break to please leave it alone & not to touch it. He told me NOT to worry, that it will not happen. I recommend putting my vehicle in the shade because the glass was hot. He said nope I do this all the time. He started drilling the glass more than normal I even recommended to stop but again he said don't worry it will be fine. Next thing you know the glass cracked and he acted like it's no big deal. They tried to bribe me by offering a used glass which is pathetic. I told them I don't feel comfortable doing any business with them because they lack experience and I didn't trust them with my vehicle at this point. After talking to the owner he was extremely rude and didn't want to pay half of the cost. I was trying to be calm and willing to cover half of the cost but I wanted it done somewhere else. Unfortunately I left this establishment pretty upset and regret even coming. If you are thinking of coming here Please DON'T do it. Don't make the same mistake I made trusting these people. After shopping around, I found these guys. Huge pluses: open on Sundays, they had the windshield I needed in stock, fast, efficient, friendly service and all at a great price. Total time was about one hour and I was on my way. I don't know about their availability for windshields that need the new radar stuff but for regular older cars, these guys are awesome. The absolute worst experience I have had. Not only do they not know what they are doing , they are extremely unprofessional. I went in to fix a small chip in my windshield and left with a cracked windshield. For which they refused to take any responsibility for. Based on other reviews apparently this is a very common issue at this "business ". Save yourself the headache and avoid this business at all costs. UPDATE: ( based on owners reply) THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT FALSE. I WOULD NEVER LEAVE A FLASE REVIEW. Your form of taking responsibility was to replaced my windshield and have the same person (your son) who cracked my windshield install it. NOBODY in their right mind would continue to allow you to work on their vehicle after cracking their windshield. If you couldn't fix a simple chip you really think I would trust you installing a whole windshield. The second option you gave me was for you yourself to provide me with a windshield and take it to a shop and have them install it. NO PROFESSIONAL SHOP would allow me to bring in a windshield and have them install it, not knowing. where that windshield came from. It simply does not work that way. I asked for you to pay for half of the windshield and I would pay the other half that was beyond fair and you refused to do that. So yes of course I got upset. So one of my friend recommended me to go to this place, and the price is reasonable. Before I went there, I called first to make sure they can fix my window and if they hv the glass window, and also to ask for the price. After they confirm it they have it, I went to the place. This place is inside a parking lot of a junkyard place... and it's all the way in the back. Since I told them that I was coming, they already had the glass window ready. The service is pretty quick. I came to get my passenger window side button. J ( young long hair guy) said 65$ I got it fixed. Then the side mirrors for driver side needed replaced so he said 75$ I told him what about if I take it out he said he'll do it for 35$ but you have to take the whole inside panel out to remove it I said I'll do it in the parking lot. I only needed to take the small speaker(sub) out and in less than 5 minutes I took the side mirror out came back to him. I asked him how much if I just buy the mirror from you it was very easy to remove (same to install) he said 20$. A lady named Marry who is the supervisor said no its 50$!!! What kind of cunning confusion dishonesty this place can be. Be careful and make sure the issue in you vehicle is what they claim it to be. I am solely writing this review because I dont want others to have the same experience I did at this shop. There was red flags that I noticed before arriving to the shop but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt & I paid the price. I took in my car for a windshield repair & the guy working on it definitely did not know what he was doing & I even warned him to be careful with my windshield. He told me to not worry & that he knew what he was doing only for him to end up cracking my windshield. I was upset because I warned him but I kept my calm & tried to come to an agreement. Unfortuntely they were very unprofessional & only wanted to replace my windshield with a used one. I told them that was not okay & I offered to go 50/50 on a new windshield & they did not want to work with me. It only made the situation worse & only ended up in us arguing & cussing each other out. Was in SoCal from Vegas for a wedding and one of the front windows on our car fell off its track. After a hasty trip to the store for some duct tape and cardboard to cover the space since it was already after hours I hopped on Yelp to find an auto glass place near our hotel. Found Low Price Auto Glass and their good ratings so went for it the next morning. Shop was a little hard to find, it's attached to a pick your part yard, but once I did they took me right in, I was quoted a very fair price and they got right to work. Less than 45mins later I was out the door with a working window and a 3month warranty which is great as we travel to SoCal frequently anyway. They left a ton of glue on my glass and car body. I also noticed that they didn't install the rubber seals on my front windshield and the back as well. The back panels below my rear window weren't put back on properly. I'm having trouble getting them to clip back in. They're probably broken. Might as well spend more and get it down properly.
