Once he picked up the watch, 2 days later water got inside and he had to take it back in to get it cleaned and have the bezel put back on correctly. After 2 months of no response or update, he went back into the store and was told it wasn't ready because they were "sick the past 3 days" and it would be ready Friday, meanwhile the watch has been there for 2 months. Finally went back in today to pick up the watch and it still hasn't been touched. He brings it to the back to fix the bezel and comes back up front and says "nothing can get this bezel off" the bezel pops right off with just my bf putting his fingernail underneath it.
