I called him and asked him if he would be able to add my charms while I waited and he did just that. The business is located inside the Joe V's on FM 1960 near Aldine Westfield. When I showed him the charms, he asked me where I wanted them to go on my bracelet and just like that he was finished in less than 10 minutes. He even cleaned my wedding ring and another ring that I was wearing free of charge. I am very pleased with the service and will be visiting Bench Jeweler for all of my jewelry repair needs.

DO NOT use this guy!! I left my $1000 watch with him to replace the batteries and after a year of…read morefrustration and a $150 deposit, he finally tells me he lost my watch. Then a couple of months later, he says his roommate's friend stole the watch! But he will replace it with a cheaper inferior model. I told him that was unacceptable so he suggested I find my own replacement. I do, but it is not as pristine as my watch, costs me almost $400, and it also needs batteries. I take it to him (assuming he would still have the original replacement batteries-wrong! He doesn't have those batteries either! Now he wants more money to get more batteries and that "when he gets a check, he will repay me for the replacement watch". Long story, short: it's been over 1 and 1/2 years, I'm out over $500, I don't have my original watch, no batteries, no repayment, and he won't return my calls or texts! A lot of the sellers don't speak a word of English, but that can be kind of sexy. One day hopefully the official language of Texas will be changed to Spanglish anyway, as it has been unofficially in Southern California. The prices are significantly lesser than any of the flea markets in the fancier parts of town where some English is actually spoken. There's all kinds of cool stuff you won't find anywhere else. There's so much here you could spend days wandering around and still not see everything. And what's more, there are a half dozen excellent food truck options from all over Latin America in the parking lot.
