Except for Heidi at Samuel's Jewelers. Heidi was FANTASTIC. She was fun, excited for us, and went out of her way to make sure that we were happy with our decision. She gave me a hug when we left. She reminded both the Hubs and I of my aunt Carrie, a very good thing. Now, I am a reasonable, rational person, and I totally understand that Heidi was simply a great salesperson who knows just what to do and say to make the sale, and we probably spent a few dollars more than we could have elsewhere, but a good experience is important too. We left feeling pretty good about it. And you know what, when we went back in to pick up the ring, Heidi remembered us - by name.
