Anything to get your business, free iPad? Yes an open one saying that they are all like that because they have to use them as displays when customers want to see them. The charger doesn't even fit the box space it should come in meaning it's not an original iPad charger, they have you buy insurance for $550 to resize a ring and that's the way you get the iPad for free! Resizing is free!!!!! As long as it's one size bigger or smaller! They don't tell you until you're done paying. iPad didn't work past the language portion. Starting at about $20 a month. Don't finance here. We only did it to help my husband work up his credit a little bit. Very disappointed with this company in general. My fiancé opened credit with them when we got his wedding band here. They seemed very helpful and I first told them "He is going to apply with Synchrony only" They ran his credit twice with Synchrony and their in house credit. I let it go, we got his band and left. I've been trying to find a band for my oval shaped ring and we have been trying to find one everywhere but haven't had any luck. We went here since we already have credit with them. I pointed out a band I liked and told them I want that custom made for my ring. Automatically they say " Our jeweler wouldn't do it, he would do a bad job" Wait you're talking bad about the jeweler in your own store or you're just saying that because you think this is too much work to do ? I've worked at a jewelry store before and hearing this made me feel like they didn't want to help us, or try to find any solution. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Pushy sales men and bad customer service. Boyfriend bought me an engagement ring that was supposedly 1/2 because of some sale. When interested in a nice set they tried to push a $6000 ring on us that was 50 percent off, but still way out of our price range. After we insisted no plenty of times, we settled on a nice half carrot white gold set. They then asked us for a $325 down payment and rest could be financed. I asked about interest rate and the guy said it would be 2.43 percent per bill period so I thought ok not bad. Three months later I noticed my balance was too high for the payments I was making. Turned out it was 2.43 percent on the whole balance every month. And on top of that they charged me for some insurance I was never told about that was about 16 a month extra! Then when my bf lost his job I thought great we can put the insurance to use. Boy was I wrong! I mailed the paper to the insurance company to file a claim and it took them 4 weeks to send anything back. At that point I had enough and decided to pay off the balance with my credit card only to be told they don't allow for credit to be payed off with credit. I just pulled out my bank card and decided to give them the big fat finger. Oh and it turned out that nice expensive ring is starting to loose it's shiny brightness and half carrot diamonds are turning cloudy! I have diamonds from Walmart that look better. Please don't let them fool you run away as fast as you can! read more
