Honestly was on a budget. Was feeling mocked by a younger associate. I notified her I wasn't feeling comfortable with her energy and asked for another associate to assist me. The next associate was very amazing. However, I overheard these employees referring to me in an undesirable manner. Stating, "looks like you get to enjoy the entertainment." So we came in, very excited to look at rings, be careful!!!! They took advantage of us and said the ring was discounted 50% off !! The ring was 14,000 and they charged us for 12,000 . AS WELL!! If you have good credit, they will take advantage and run as many cards and loans instead of asking synchrony for the full amount. I have receipts and paperwork proving all this is true. Took some broken jewelry to be repaired & cleaned. When I went to pick it up the employee "Cindy" slammed my 10K+ (2 pieces) onto the glass counter with my bracelet all twisted up. She didn't care when I asked her if this is how she treated all expensive jewelry. I reported her to the manager, Mary, come to find out, Cindy wasn't even following procedure and didn't have me sign the jewelry pick up log. Not surprised! As I was reporting Cindy to her manager, all she did was laugh and create a confrontation in the store in front of other customers. Let's begin from the manager Soko at the beginning when you're spending money she's very nice and friendly at you. The customer service is horrible, I have a special order a wedding band, and looks horrible ugly..... the ring looks like it comes from a candy dispenser. I confronted the jewelry maker from the store, out of he's saying that he follow the instruction of the specs of the ring that a showed them from the website. Soko was saying that the ring was beautiful, that looks like from the picture. Anyways, I went to the gold shop and the guy from the store said that he cannot give you anything for me because that any gold, and in the diamonds is small as a grain of sand. Their price is ridiculous high and you think you're buying the best thing. YES I PAID $720 FOR THIS GARBAGE. And if you have a ring resize, they do not contact you saying that the ring is ready. I dropped my wedding ring off for resizing on the 27th of March. They assured me it would be ready for pick up the following Saturday. When I showed up to pick up my ring, they were closed due to COVID. No call, no warning, and the store associates didn't even mention this would be a possibility. I had already paid for the service upon dropping it off. My WEDDING took place and we DID NOT have our wedding ring. During the weeks before my wedding, I contacted customer service multiple times, and pleaded with them to get my ring back regardless of if the work was complete or not. I offered to pay for them to mail it to me... surely there was a store manager who could have accessed the store to mail me my ring. THEY DID NOTHING to remedy the problem. They wouldn't even offer me a refund. They have now had my wedding ring for over a month, and customer service has stopped replying to my emails. For a reputable business who has been around since 1948, they sure dropped the ball on this one. I realize that closing for COVID was out of their hands, but I live 10 mins from the store and surely they could have called me to come get my ring before closing for an indefinite amount of time and holding my personal property hostage. read more

Today was an unexpected, yet exciting day!! My fiance and I had the day off, so we decided to get out of the house, and visit the Riverside Plaza. We saw Daniels Jewelers and decided to stop in and look at wedding rings. I saw some really gorgeous rings, but couldn't make up my mind, but the exciting news was that my fiance picked out a ring he really liked, and I bought it! Unexpected for today, but sooo exciting! We were helped by a very wonderful saleswomen named Estephanie. She was very polite, friendly, answered all our questions, was very patience with us, letting us both try on several rings, showing us other items we were interested in, but best of all she was NOT pushy. I wish I had a before pic of my ring before George did his magic on it!! Somehow my ring got squished, like idk what I did but it was all squished together and I took it in with, not only it squished, but 2 pieces broken off!!! I figured he would just fix the broken pieces. Well... I picked it up today and cried! It is exactly how it was when I first got it! George is a miracle worker! It may be silly to some, but I loved this ring and my GF (now fiancé) and I picked it out together along with her ring that matched perfectly! I pierced my 5 month-old baby's ears here recently based on a friend's recommendation and I'm so so glad I did. The location is tucked away in the Riverside Plaza so it is not as chaotic as a mall location. Briannda pierced my baby's ears and she was an angel. She made me really comfortable about the whole experience (I was a little nervous) and did the piercing so nicely and quickly. Another person working there who I believe was Breanna took time to play with my baby and distract her while Briannda did the piercing. For Valentines Day my husband bought me a gem stone ring that I picked. The lady who helped us was super helpful and nice throughout the process. Rounding up our transaction, the lady asked if we wanted to purchase insurance for the ring, we declined because she said in her opinion, their rings were sturdy. I went to pick the ring up with my husband when it was ready a few weeks later. The gem fell off within the hour. Couldn't find where the gem went. The gem didn't fall off because it was loose, but, we noticed that the metal on it had broken off that holds the gem in place. Cheap ring!
