Service: The gentlemen I was originally working with was professional and helpful. I was looking at a Movado Bold watch. I ask the gentleman if I could take a photo to get my wife's opinion and he helped by setting up the mirror. Some other lady came and interrupted saying that I'm not allowed to take photos of the watch while wearing it. That she can give me the info of the watch instead. I didn't appreciate how she came in and said that I can't take photos of the watch while I'm wearing it. Not why that matters if I'm the customer and I wanted my wife's opinion before I buying it. DO not use a debit card at this place. I purchased an item, didn't fit,so took back to exchange or return, but said I couldn't return that day I had to come back the next day when the person who knew how to do a return would be there. I returned the next day and waited over 30 minutes for them to tell me they couldn't credit money to my card because of the bank for debit card, which they had no problem, taking money from that same card the previous day. I went in yesterday to get a cleaning and an estimate on a wedding band and they damaged my credit with a hard inquiry without my permission and then tried to get me to sign to purchase the jewelry by saying "just sign here". I specifically asked just to get an estimate of the range on the payments and I was one signature away from being forced to pay for something I did not want. I had such a wonderful experience at Kevin Jewelers thanks to their manager, Sandy, and her fellow associates who were so very helpful through it all! Well, after checking out a few places before stepping into Kevin's, I just haven't found "the ring" yet until Sandy saved the day! About two months before I planned to propose, I walk into the store with my sister, show Sandy a few double halo ring pictures that my girlfriend (now fiancée!) pinned on her Pinterest, and after checking out a few that she showed me, she came out with one that was THE ONE! (Feel free to see photos where I switched it from the box to this cool diamond-shaped terrarium.) We then negotiated the best financing deal possible as she did her best to work around my budget, which made the ring totally affordable and so worth it!
