Had a terrific experience at this location about a week ago. Purchased an upgrade to our wedding rings and were assisted by a wonderful sales associate named Jennifer. She never made us feel rushed, she answered a million questions, showed us lots and lots of rings and gave us lots of tips to consider as we tried rings on and explained what we wanted. We had never shopped at an Zales location before and we came in due to an advertised sale and are so glad that we did! Honestly it's a horrible experience, we came multiple times after Covid to fix my rings and they kept saying they are not sending any rings to be fixed than I finally came back to get my ring fixed and they are charging me to fix it. Even tho we purchase the warranty and it's not our fault that they weren't sending any rings to get fixed. It's such an inconvenience and I wouldn't shop or come here again. Tammie wasn't able to help me at her store but she called a nearby store that was able to provide the backing for my ring. I have been a Zales customer since 1973. I had to bring two of Zales rings that I purchased in 1974 for inspection and sizing. I had the pleasure to speak with Sara who gave me clear understanding and quotes for the two men's rings. I had two other pieces that needed diamond replacement. Today I received the quotes and we are all in a budget so I apt to skip the ring and only have the diamond replacement on the pendant and prongs checked and dipped to give to my daughter. I told Sara to decline my ring I could not afford it. She understood. Without me asking she took it upon herself to call the repair shop and negotiated a price that allowed me to say YES fix my ring. I was pleased with the new quote but more so because Sara went beyond my expectations. She truly gave that special touch of customer service. If you plan to buy or do repairs I highly recommend you ask for Sara and tell her your needs. Horrible service from two young ladies. Purchased a watch in the Temecula mall location a few weeks ago and had the band adjusted, one of the link lock bars came off and so I go in to get a new one and they refused service unless I put on a mask!? LOL I can browse and stand around but in order for them to help me or give me what I want then they say I have to put on a mask? Imagine that it's not about health at all then really is it? My experience here was horrible. I was here with my girlfriend waiting to be helped because we wanted to see how much it would cost to get a longer chain on a necklace we purchased from here. We waited very patiently and the customers that were being helped told the employee that she could help us and the employee said, "no, I rather help adults and not children." I found this completely rude. Just because we are young (18) does not mean they can refuse service to us. I felt totally uncomfortable and discriminated against. read more

Ruby is an angel! I recently had my stone fall out of my ring. I was nearly heartbroken as time would not be on my side to have the ring sent in to repair. Ruby came Ronny aid right away. After learning that I was moving with my husband would is serving the U.S. navy overseas in Italy for next 2 years. Zales is horrible, especially the female manager at Town gate in Moreno Valley. I purchased a gold bangle and they never told me the quality would be do thin and poor that they would never be able to repair it. It bent on first wear and I took it in send the manager at Moreno valley Town gate said they could not repai r it that it was such low quality and thing that is why I should have purchased warranty, however if I would have been told that I never would have purchased the bangle. Ok... so I love this store mainly because our sales rep, Una, who was a GEM!!! My now finance and I walked into this store because we were ring shopping and she showed me a Vera Wang Love Collection ring I absolutely feel in love with. My fiance and I looked at some other rings as well but kept coming back to this particular one and needless to say I walked out with my engagement and wedding ring OVERJOYED!. Una answered all of our questions and even helped us get a great deal on our purchase by utilizing our incentives for being a member. I did stop at another Zales store in another location and they offered a different deal and because I loved my interaction with Una so much I went back to her and explained the situation and she was able to check with her boss to see if they could match the deal I was offered at the other location. A few days later when I returned and realized that the ring needed to be sized for a trip that I was leaving for in a couple of days she did her best to help me with a temporary sizing solution to sustain me until I returned from my trip to have the ring properly sized. Now that's customer service that will keep me a repeated customer for life!!! I would highly recommend visiting this tore and talking to Una (or any of the other great staff members). read more

Bought a necklace from here. A Christmas gift for my husband. Asked if it would be ready by Christmas and was told probably not and given a ETA of January 4th but told they would call me when it comes in and for sure if it comes in earlier. No call. I call on January 7th to ask if it's there yet before traveling to go get it and they tell me it's been there since 12/24. Wow! I get there and the engraving has 2 different size fonts. But the girl tells me, you can't really tell.. he probably won't be able to tell. Wow! NO, not ok! I tell her that's unacceptable, this needs to be fixed. So she tells me she's going to send it back to be fixed. I call back again to see what's going on. Has my necklace come back? Was it fixed? They can't fix it. They are going to engrave a new necklace at no cost to me lol I tell her how disappointed I am. First because nobody called me when it was there early. And how it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. And also how they tried to get me to take it when it was clearly 2 different size fonts. And she says--- well, you should get it by valentines, you can give it to him by valentines! So irritated by this point. Anyways, I'm told it will be here soon since the necklace has already been sent. Only to be called later that week to be told that the necklace was not sent, it had to be located at another store and now it's being sent to them for engraving. I finally got the necklace and the font is the same size. It's nice. But ah, could have done without all of this. Never again! read more

I've been married for 3 1/2 years and came here because i lost my ring..we came here because i had friend who purchased from Zales. i went to other local jewlers like Kays, Daniels, kevins didnt like the service/prices! so we came to look and Una helped us, but at the time we weren't ready to purchase. so we came back she wasn't there and was help by Lupe --she was nice not pushy but really needs to be a bit more "Professional" we made a purchase on valentines day and got the eta for March 8th. still no ring, every time i log in to check status i feel like its been on repair in progress forever! everytime i call they always give a different date :( Its March 12th and i still don't have eta, and im very upset because i was really hoping to have my ring by now! My husband got a call that our item was ready (he got a ring resized) and we came in a few days later thinking we would be good to pick it up and go but we stood there for quite a while waiting for them to find it in the system and they did not seem very happy about having to do the extra work. None of them asked us if we needed help up one walking in, we had to wait a little bit to even be noticed. All this for an item we already purchased and we already paid for. The only person my fiance and I will talk to is Una- she's the best, and most attentive from our experience. My only real complaint is that it takes up to 12 weeks to service a ring! Even the associates seem irritated by this new policy. I've been engaged since 01/01/15 and won't get my ring back until 03/20/15! I have never worn it; and his family threw us a surprise engagement dinner in February because they were sure I'd have the ring by then (because when my fiance called-to his excitement, the ETA was given as a rush of 4 weeks (but then changed to 2 by one associate, 8 by another, 10 by the same associate who originally said 2, and March 20* will make it 13 weeks!) [*Btw, Una was the only associate who actually showed us the ETA on the computer so we could trust her, whereas the other associates seemed to guess! -one couldn't even find our account and asked, "are you sure you bought with us?"] Anyway, I didn't have the ring then, no family has seen it. I've been engaged 2 months, and people are now taking my bare hand as an example of Zales service...which is fair only because their communication on when the ring should come has been on my Facebook feed from excitement to disappointment that ETA changed again... It seems that extra TLC would greatly improve this location. If the ETA was consistent at 13 weeks (if they all just looked it up like Una did instead of guess), though disappointed in the lack of a ring, I would have appreciated knowing a for sure time (and if it comes early I'd be ecstatic!) If you tell a customer, "it's supposed to only take 2 weeks and hang up on them", it becomes very frustrating. Una is the only associate we've met that has actually helped and took the time to make sure we have been cared for- when someone says, "oh, now I don't wanna go to Zales" based on my still bare hang, we say, "no, Una is great!" [On and off the phone! She's attentive to call back, and has never hung up on us] Despite my nightmares of getting the ring and it not fitting because I've lost a lot of weight since January (I told I wanted a 7.5, but they insisted on a 7.75), I am excited to pick up my beautiful ring! Keep up the good work Una, thank you for being the ONLY associate willing to actually look up our ETA, return calls and answer questions with a caring and sweet approach. read more

Yesterday i decided to purchase a gift for myself. I walked in two different jewelry stores no one would give me the time of day. I was almost ready to give up . Thinking this was a sign. But im glad i decided to not give up and walk in one last Store. As soon as I entered zales I was greeted with a friendly hello. All the employees were very attentive and willing to help as soon as i entered the store . I let them know i was very unsure of what i wanted . The person helping me acknowledged I'm here to help when you're ready to look at something just let me know. I loved i wasn't feeling pressured into buying something but knowing someone was ready to help when I was ready . I was very unsure what I wanted with so many beautiful options. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable the Employee's were to the many questions I had . Finally making my choice to a pair of beautiful earrings I asked to speak to the store manager. I Was So Satisfied in the customer service I wanted to let the store manager know they're doing a wonderful job and their employees reflected their leadership. read more

My hubby bought me a necklace here around 2 years ago. In a matter of 4 months, my chain has broken 2 times in different places (the chain is cheap). The first time it took about 12 days to be repaired but around 20 days to get back to us because they did not call/email us it was in the store! The 2nd time, it was not fixed for 3 weeks, while in the store the rep said it would only take 15 days, if that. Not to mention, the reps are not very kind or helpful. Having said that: Una is amazing! She is professional, engaging and suggestive without being abrasive. It was obvious that our best interest was her top priority. My wife and I purchased two rings and because we felt so comfortable with her (and loved the selection) returned the next day to purchase two more. We spent a total of $2,500 and without Una we probably wouldn't have spent a dime, no matter how great the rings were. I will never purchase quality jewelry anywhere else. read more
