If I could give this place negative stars I would. My fiancé bought a beautiful emerald ring with diamonds on the band surrounding the gem. when he ordered the ring he ordered a size 4, he was told there was no size limitations and that it would be fine. When he proposed the ring was a size 7, we came to the Eastridge location to get it resized the next day. I tried on multiple sizes and decided that size 4 was the best fit, I was told since it was a big jump in sizing by Wilma one of the managers that it could take up to 2 weeks. There was no mention of the design not working with my ring size. A week later I called the location for an update, I was told the ring was ready and I went to pick it up, this was the happiest I had been as I was going to be reunited with my ring again after only having it one day. I tried it on and I thought it was an okay fit however when I went home I found myself bending my finger to keep it from slipping off. We went back a week later to get it resized smaller, that is when Wilma and Angelique told me that the design might not work with my ring size, never once was this mentioned to my fiancé when he was purchasing the ring. Then Wilma kept asking about my weight and if I plan on gaining any in the future, she insisted that if I go any smaller the ring would not fit in the summer because of weight gain. I asked for clarification three times on if the ring I had in my hands was a size 4, Wilma and Angelique reassured me three times that it was a size 4. Then they both turned their back towards me and kept resizing the ring, they never once showed me proof of sizing instead they gaslit me and told me that my engagement ring was a size 4 and made me feel like an inconvenience by telling me If I keep resizing I would damage the ring and risk a stone falling out since the jeweler has to take out each diamond to make the band smaller. Never once did they tell me the ring in my hands that they gave me back was a 4 1/2. To add to the emotional distress they didn't have proper sizing to ensure I was getting the right size, I tried on a 3 1/2 and a 4 multiple times and I told them if the ring I have is a 4 then I should go with the 3 1/2 since it fits snug and does not fall off. I let my fiancé know about the situation and he went back into the store to ask why we got a size 7 ring in the first place since upon ordering he requested a 4. We left the location and I left in tears, these two made me feel insecure for having a smaller than average finger. This should be one of the best moments of my life and instead I felt insecure and small. I got home looked at my yellow slip only to see that the current size of my ring is actually a 4 1/2, this was never disclosed to me instead both lied and told me it was a 4 they both knew the sizing was wrong. I called the location and asked if it was true that the ring was a 4 1/2 and Angelique said it was. I let her know I asked her multiple times what size my engagement ring was and she and Wilma said it was a 4. Never once did she take accountability for the miscommunication she only doubled down and said "you stated the 3.5 fits" yes I did because they both gaslit me into thinking a size 4 was too big. I reached out to their customer service on the website, got a call a day later from a rep who told me they could ship my ring to the Milpitas location and that a gift basket would be waiting for me. That never happened. The Milpitas location told me resizing would take three additional months and to not call them back until the end of May. I ended up getting calls from eastridge stating my ring would be shipped to them and they have no clue why customer service would tell me otherwise. My ring came back with proper size but the manager did ask if I was "finally happy" after I tried it on. Save yourself time, a headache, and your money. This place is very unprofessional in all aspects and don't even bother contacting their customer service they won't help either! read more

A year ago, I had my watch stolen. I finally decided it was time to get a new one. I thought browsing would be more difficult because of COVID-19, but Daniel's Jewelers made it a great experience. Angelique was set to work with me and I never doubted that she had my best interest in mind for a second. She was extremely knowledgeable on the different types of watches/jewelry, the store discounts and available gifts. I told her I might be later interested in pearl necklaces and she was able to give me a full detailed description on what cultured pearls are and how they're priced! It definitely convinced me to come back and take a look at more. Her intelligence in jewelry along with her knowledge of her own store, led me to believe she was a manager at the very least. We went in July to help our dad pick a ring for our mom. The ladies in here were dang vultures trying to have me try on every single ring, ask me what I wanted, try this, try that, what's your budget... they were NOT listening to our requests at all! They were NOT understanding that we were NOT shopping for us, but for our mom (who was with us) but trying to get her ring size all while trying to keep it a surprise. The ladies almost blew the cover story three separate times. They were overly pushy and overbearing. We wanted to tell them to get away from us so bad! They were NOT helpful at all! Now, I would have given two stars, only because Edith saved the day. She understood exactly what we were trying to do and kept going with our "story" to get our mom to try on a ring to figure out her size. Edith rocked the whole sale, all while her obnoxious coworkers were still butting in and almost ruining everything. Whoever is the manager here should give Edith a Lead status or small raise. But, here is the reason for the low low rating: Today, we went back to resize the ring (again) and they could not find us in their system. We spent over 1.5 hours there and spent a lot of pretty thousands of pennys on this ring and we are not in your system?!?!? Never again... A beautiful young woman named Angelique got my attention to come in the store and was more than happy to show me around and helped me try on some watches and helped me choose the 2 beautiful watches I purchased and helped me open credit. Purchased a graduation gift for my great, great, Niece, I had exhausted my search looking for an appropriate gift! after running out of options, Almost gave up! discouraged and ready to change my mind, I was determined to give up the ideal and purchase anything! They did a good job on resizing my fiance's ring but this one lady would not stop hassling and interrupting us when we were talking to the other sales person. She was so pushy about us buying and trying on rings, watches, etc. We only wanted the ring to be resized and we politely said no we're not interested in buying other jewelry. Like I get it, you need to sell, but when we say no thanks for the 3rd time, you should stop asking. I thought me signing up an account with them well calm that lady down but she kept on saying we will call you and another number will call. And that I should pick up. She was somewhat getting aggressive about it. After leaving for 5 mins, both parties would not stop blowing up my phone to the point where I had to block them. They need to calm down. The lady came off too strong. It seems like she's too desperate. 2 stars for the guy who did the job well and had the ring ready as promised. read more
