Cindy and Nicole are great, they are very sweet and very funny and they do care about you. My girlfriend and I came twice. The first time was to see which cut of diamond she liked most, and Cindy spent probably an hour just walking us through all of the options and answering all of our questions, all without pressuring us to buy that day! We then came about a month later to buy and Nicole helped us through the process and got us a good discount! We also ran into Cindy and she remembered us! It's a good store and has all the things that you would want it to have. It has a decent selection and some sale stuff and discount stuff and they also do repairs. Yes it's really expensive - which is why I don't give 5 stars - but it's in a mall and it's not as expensive as many jewelry stores in malls. The service is really nice too. read more

My fiance and I came in almost a month ago to look at wedding rings, checking out all options in the area. At that time, we were helped by Koli, who was very patient with us as we walked around the counters and tried on all of their contoured rings. Luckily, we were able to find a band my fiance liked, but we didn't want to buy it right then and there. We wanted to keep our options open in case we found something else. We ended up going back, because I had one of the rings from Dainiel's on my mind and unfortunately Koli wasn't there that day. Thankfully, we had the opportunity to work with Katherine, who was an absolute doll. I told her which ring I was thinking of, she had me try it on, and then asked if I would look at a few others that she thought would look great with my engagement ring. I am so glad she had me look at a few other rings, because I actually ended up falling in love with another ring. Phil was the salesman with whom I spoke at noon to see if his location had any bracelets in stock.
