Back in those days when watches come with a winding dial. Then, you have batteries to replace those daily chores. I was here few years ago to replace batteries for my watches. Because of price, I collected every watch in my house - 8 of them. I remember it was $6 each at that time. I felt like winning a jackpot. Bought a pair of wedding bands here. Service was prompt, patient and friendly. They speak multiple languages including Mandarin, Vietnamese and English. Price was reasonable and the rings came out looking great. Not sure why the sign with hours says "By Appointment Only". I took my 24k ring to be repaired because it had split at the bottom. I also brought in an extra 24k small piece to fix the split. However, after they finished the repair, half of my 24k gold got replaced with a lower karat gold. The color was different from 24k and it felt much harder. Additionally, the repaired part was lighter. A 24k ring is very soft - you can easily bend it by squeezing it. However, now I can't even bend it, no matter how hard I try. Therefore, be cautious when bringing your gold here for services. read more

I usually don't do any reviews (which I should more often) but I had to for this place! My experience was awesome! The customer service was pleasant. I accidentally broke my husbands watch. The crystal was shattered and I needed to repair it ASAP. I contact the Michael Kors company (over a week ago and they still haven't responded) and were taking forever to respond so I had to look into it her places. This is when I came across this place through yelp and let me tell you I'm very grateful that I did. I dropped it off Monday and it was good to go by Wednesday! The watch looks brand new!! Not only did they replace the crystal but they also replace the battery with no extra charge. By the way the cost was extremely cheap!! read more
