Dr. Ronald Singer is a gas, and the exam was unhurried and comprehensive. Following the eye exam, he informed me I would not actually benefit from Rx glasses just yet. He could have sold me glasses I didn't need, and I feel like plenty of lesser clinics would have happily done so. I highly recommend Dr. Singer: he is thorough, kind, honest, and yes, entertaining.

I asked if I needed to re-call the insurance and have her hear them verify and she said no, and there was nothing she could do... yet instructed me to call my insurance (again) ‍ It was unproductive, unhelpful, and I wouldn't go here. She made no effort to provide any solutions-- and they never even sent me the address to begin with. More annoying still, I had waited 5-6 weeks to get this appointment, and now I have to start my search over and wait longer!

Covid Update : I have been seeing Dr. Fallon & Dr. Lit for years. I have recently gone in for my…read moreeye exam and my experience was awesome as always. The staff is very friendly and kind. Due to covid, they are seeing patients by appointment only. Door is always locked. They have a sign at the door asking you to knock and you wait to be let in. They take your temperature at the door before you are let in. When coast is clear, they are asked to enter. You must wear a mask at all times. Every other seats are marked "DO NOT SIT" and clean pens available at the front desk to sign in. When you are done, there is another container for used pens. When trying on frames, you are to asked to just leave it on table and do not put back on display case. Everyone is wearing masks at all times and equipment are well sanitized. They also offer curb side pick up. Park at the designated parking and call the office to let them know you are there. They will come out to your car.
