Then, I saw a nice and hardworking lady carrying a tablet and going to ASI the cars in line. It felt like the SAME organization system used at IN 'N OUT BURGER! That was pretty cool!!! It made the line go a bit faster. We waited for about 20 minutes... VALUE: It's pretty pricey $16 for a base wash. But, I like the machine and it really CLEANS well in my opinion for a small SUV. I had to repeat myself to the employee, and I'm pretty sure he heard wrong because I was charged $13 and still received just the basic service. So, I was of course disappointed. Also, he had to take my smartwatch since their tap-to-pay device can't leave their building...they should just have a kiosk where we can pay from our car like every other place to save money because that was lousy service.
