I came today and asked for Diamond wash. $59.99)The guy suggested to get Hand Wax for a total of $100. He was kind of pushy. I refused at first and after he asked me twice I said okay. Unfortunately, I got ripped off. My car didn't look like it was waxed. Hand wax usually takes about 1 hour or so. My car was finished in half an hour. I tried calling them today but nobody answered. I thought I was paying for a $40 car wash. Came out to my car and my tires were still dirty had the poor man try to clean them twice and did such a horrible job I just wanted to leave. On top of that my front side of the car left with spots because the type of car wash I need apparently cost $179 to remove the so-called spots on my car. The guys were arguing in front of customers, you can tell this place is getting ready to shut down and turn into a self drive through Carwash. Plenty of room; there's both indoor & outdoor waiting areas, and 2 sanitary restrooms. I wish I could give minus zero stars. I took my car in for a wash and wax only to have it damaged. My car was fine when I took it in. As I was exiting their lot I heard a loud, scraping sound. I pulled into the driveway next door and found that a metal cover beneath my car had been pulled out of place by their conveyor system (see pictures) and it was dragging. Nestor had his crew bring out equipment and a jack to remove the piece because I was on my way to work and could not drive with that loud dragging noise. Nestor asked if we could exchanged information and they asked if they could purchase the part and replace it for me. I agreed because I'm understanding and they were trying to make it right. When I arrived at work I noticed big patches of wax all over my car that had not been buffed (see pictures). Not only did they damage my car but they did a crappy job. It's been two months and no resolution. Now their denying having damaged my car and claim that my car was damaged when I took it in. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT IT DAMAGED!!! I usually just get a regular car wash, but he insisted I get the wax and stuff. I told him I was in a hurry and he said it'd be fast. My car, which is a smaller SUV, was counted as an SUV and I got charged the extra fee. I got the package that was 24.99, which I was a bit annoyed with because I didn't even get the full vacuum/interior cleaning. I had to meet my friends at the bowling alley and it took a little longer than I expected, so I had to cut my cleaning short. Nothing to do with staff who from what I could see was very thorough with cleaning. I would come back if I'm in the neighborhood but probably just get the standard wash. read more

I drove my small car for the car wash. My car was extremely dirty. The attendant asked if I wanted the car wax and pointed to the $119.00 car wash/wax. I said no and he offered a car wash and wax for $60.00. I waited outside and watched my car being cleaned. They cleaned the interior and tires. Not once did was the car waxed. After 35 minutes they waved and said the car was ready. I immediately told the fellow my car is supposed to get waxed. He didn't speak English so he got his supervisor. The supervisor said it was waxed. I told him I was watching the whole time. I paid $60.00 for wash/wax. The worker immediately started to wax the car. 15 minutes later it was done. I am very angry that a business would treat a customer like this. What a scam!!! I will never go back to that car wash. I go there just for a car wash only. I give this business a ZERO if I could. Did a $200 detail for interior and wax. I pointed out to the employee that the seats were still dirty. He called "Gordo" to take a look. The immediate response was, " I don't know. It won't come off. I also showed him that the seat belts were not cleaned. Gordo just walked away. That guy was too lazy to even try to do anything! With my car dirty after a month of it being unwashed, I decided to get the car wash for about $30. After the staff vacuumed and removed any larger leaves by hand, my car was brought into their lane to wash. While they advertise that this is a hand wash facility, machines are used to add soap, water and wax during the various stages of washing. This was done satisfactory, but it wasn't the highest quality. The major letdown was the drying of the car, which is done out in the open. Water spots were visible on the glass and a couple of spider webs were not wiped off the car. While this was a slightly below average wash and dry, the price paid was not. With the price paid, I think I worry other hand washing locations before coming here once more. read more

I have a beautiful Model S performance show car and would never bring it to any car wash except here. It doesn't go through the normal wash as they hand wash and wax it outside. The detail the guys put into it are amazing. I'm so busy with my restaurant, I never have time to wash it myself so I bring it here. Customer service is incredible. Kind staff who take pride in their work and the cost is reasonable. Plus after 10 washes, I get a free one. I was shocked when I saw two stars for their average but that is so wrong and deceptive. To top it off the owner wanted me to pay an extra 80 bucks to wash my seats as if 100$ wasn't enough!?
