Dissapointed. We purchased a Ford Transit in 2025 for our business…read more It has aprox 21,000 miles on it and the motor has failed. We have had 3 oil changes all within 6,000 miles and we are told they (Riley Ford) will not honor warranty on the motor. They claim it has been run with low oil. Yet they also acknowledge that warning lights should come on well before a dangerous situation would occur. They also mentioned they saw no lights. When asked if we could reach out to Ford to try and push this through, we were told, "it's our decision and we don't want to". To top it off, we are told they won't take credit card payment for the diagnostic charge to assess the issue. We deal with Ford dealers in multiple states, and all accept our card for payments. In fact another dealership has offered to process the warranty and stand up for us. I guess we'll be buying vehicles from other dealerships going forward.

Just got a 680 plus bill. Had two tires replaced, a recall and was having powertrain issues. The…read moredealership charged $150 to remove an aftermarket module that they "think" might be the issue...a module, mind you, that they had to remove anyway to diagnose the powertrain issue I was having with the engine. A module that has been on the vehicle for the entire time I've owned it and never been an issue until last month. This charge on top of the fact that they had to do a recall software update on the powertrain module. Perhaps THAT was the issue?!?! I'll never do business with these thieves again. Unless their techs have no fingers charging $150 to pull a plug, that MIGHT be an issue, seems excessive.

I brought my Kona EV up to have 75K mile service done. Although they don't service many EVs in…read morethis part of the state, they didn't have any problem understanding my car's needs. As it happened, I needed a sway bar, which can be expensive. They didn't have one in stock, but they were able to procure one and install it if I was willing to wait (which I was.) My car is as good as new. The whole thing -- 75,000 mile service and the sway bar -- ran me $300, which I consider a bargain.

Poor Management! We liked the salesman, Logan, and appreciated his time and laid-back approach. We…read moretest drove the vehicle, discussed trade-in values and financing. The estimated monthly payment was below the budget we had requested, so we left feeling confident moving forward. The next day, we decided we were ready to buy. Based on our conversations with Logan, we planned to put $12,500 down, with approximately $7,600 coming from the equity in our Honda CR-V. During our discussions, Logan stated over the phone that we would need to bring a $4,900 cashier's check. When we returned to sign the paperwork, everything was different. Before we were ever shown the APR or monthly payment we had requested in advance, we were already discussing warranty options with numbers that didn't seem to match what we had previously agreed upon. When we questioned the discrepancy and asked for Logan, the manager, came in but couldn't clearly explain where the misunderstanding had occurred. Instead, he produced a document comparing the $12,500 down payment we had discussed with a $4,900 figure, as though they were the same thing. We had never discussed a $4,900 down payment until we were ready to go all in. It then became obvious that somewhere along the way, the difference between our total down payment and our out-of-pocket contribution had been confused. We fully acknowledge that we could have caught the mistake sooner by double-checking the math ourselves. However, this misunderstanding happened over multiple conversations, and no one at the dealership caught it either. As customers, we relied on the figures being presented to us properly. What happened next was the most disappointing part. Instead of calmly walking through the numbers, the manager told us, "If you can't do the math, you need to leave," and walked out of the room to "cool down." Thinking we couldn't hear him say "I'm not selling you that car today". This all happened in front of our one-year-old child. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. What we can't overlook is how the situation was handled. A respectful explanation and a willingness to work through the misunderstanding would have gone a long way. Instead, we left feeling embarrassed, confused, and wondering how a simple math misunderstanding escalated into such an unprofessional interaction. Definitely go with a different dealership or at least a more experienced salesman so this doesn't happen to you!

In April of 2022 my vehicle had begun to have issues with the transmission when it went in reverse…read more It would pause for 3 seconds then my front end would dip and clunk into reverse. I brought it to this dealership because it is under warranty. They got my in right away but the technician claimed there was nothing wrong. On June 26th I started my car and began to drive. I was going 20 miles per hour, my RPMs got up to about 4000 then my vehicle made a loud clunk, jolted me forward and the RPMs went down. It then immediately did it again resulting with my check engine light to come on. I called the dealership the next day and he said his next available appointment was July 25th. I was able to drive my car for one more day before it was stuck in second gear and I had to drive 30mph to the dealership, where my car has sat for a week without any status update on it. I entered the service department July 6th to see the status of my vehicle to which the gentleman told me they took it for a test drive on the 30th, to which i never received any kind of phone call to state what was going on with my vehicle. He claimed his vacation started the day before they test drove it, but didn't give a good answer as to why no one called. He said they saw what it was doing but they can't be sure what it is until they actually take it into the garage and see. I informed him I am without a car and asked if there was another option to see what it was. My vehicle will sit until they can take it in, order parts, to which it will sit until they come in. When I entered the service department, 2 mechanics were sitting and talking to someone like their day was over, 2 mechanics were leaving and one was getting ready to leave. Their service department is open until 5PM, to which I showed up at 4PM. On July 7th, I had to tow my vehicle to another dealership who could get me in sooner. The gentleman at the service desk had not a card in the world. Not even the service manager came out to speak with me.
