Somehow, the table with the screaming baby, who was seated after us, managed to finish their entire meal before we did. The food itself was great, which is why I'm keeping this at two stars rather than one, but the overall experience was a total bust. The bathroom was a mess, and the A/C was clearly not working, so the ambiance was pretty terrible on top of everything else. We would have ordered more drinks and dessert if the service had been better, but it genuinely felt like they forgot about us. And it wasn't just our table--another customer came up and mentioned that they had been waiting about 15 minutes for their drinks. Coffee service was relatively slow, we did not get any juice nor were we asked to order it despite being part of the specials we ordered, my colleague wasn't offered any breakfast meat with her dish despite it being advertised as it being included, and my dish was served with a side of fruit instead of hash browns.
