Listen, we love wingstop because hey, lemon pepper all the way! But this has definitely been one of the more unpleasant times we have tried to order. We placed an order online and waited 35 minutes because we know they typically take a long time. However upon entrance, we were told our order would be done in 8 minutes and we ended up waiting over AN HOUR on the benches inside the restaurant. New waves of people were all receiving their orders before us. Absolutely ridiculous. Also the amount of people who come back into the restaurant with messed up orders is astounding. Stopped here on my way to the MGM. Seen there was a new wing stop that just opened. The employees here are very friendly and professional. Upon entering I was greeted professionally which is unusual for the area. So that's a plus. All the employees and the kitchen staff were wearing masks. I placed a "Togo" order with the cashier and she said it would be 20min and asked if I could wait in my car "I'm guessing because of C-19 precautions" due to the amount of foot traffic this location gets during the day and night. Waited in the car then went back inside after 20min. The food was ready. Totally professional when picking up the order even. I could smell the wings thru the bag and I knew they were fresh & hot. Upon leaving they said have a great day and visit us again. So professional greetings coming & going which is a plus. Stopped at a place before the MGM. I started eating some of the wings and fries. They were hot & fresh. Also the fries tasted the best. I'm wondering what seasoning they used on them. Tasted like Cajan or something. All-in-all an excellent pit-stop. I've came to this location twice. Both times they have the rudest employees before any interaction or conversation even happens. Today the male employee at the register was obviously miserable to be there. Would mumble or whisper anything he had to say. Rolling his eyes. My son wanted to come here today. We literally ordered our food then waited for an hour to get it. We saw people come and go yet we hadn't been called. They waited until customer came in and placed there order then tell them they are not taking orders and the customer needed to place there order online. One of the employee was in the front working with customers then went to back and attempted to work on food with the same gloves until I mentioned he should change his gloves. Very rude upon entering. I admit I came in rather late at around 11:37pm but they say they do not close until 12 so I'm assuming I can order at least until 11:50. The worker proceeds to tell me that they are only accepting online orders for the rest of the night and online ordering closes at 11:45. I go right back to my car and have my items in my online cart by 11:41pm. Upon attempting to checkout the app does not allow me and says that they restaurant is closed EVEN THOUGHT It is not midnight which is the advertised closing time. I understand workers need to be able to clean and get home but do not advertise that the store is open (which assumes it's taking orders) until midnight when that is not the case. I ordered two 10 pieces and I called it in everyone was friendly when I got there to pick it up and they made sure to give everyone hand sanitizer as they walked in and kept us socially distanced. I seen the recent reviews and I must be one of the lucky ones. I placed an order online for 10 wings (5 bayou BBQ and 4 mild) and Cajun Fried Corn. Order was suppose to be ready in 25 - 28 minutes. I went to picked it up without a problem was ready in 20 min. The person that gave me my bag was polite. I didn't have any issues. Only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because my last order the plain wings were hard. I would definitely go there again.
