So Lowe's to the rescue! We got our first unit for the living room pronto. I didn't know much about portable units, so my partner and I got some help from one of the employees who was actually not only empathetic, but was able to answer all our questions and give recommendations about what would be the best choice for us. We left buying one fan and a new portable unit for the living room, which is currently still running strong so we're not sweating and suffocating. Fast forward a few weeks later... I have to buy ANOTHER unit for just the bedroom as we haven't been running the apartment's unit AT ALL due to it plain not working as well as leaking. Back to Lowe's we go! We had two other very helpful employees assist us on getting a clamp for the hose as well as a new smaller unit for the bedroom. I love how the employees were friendly and took their time explaining the warranties and protection plan to make sure we get the most out of our purchase.
