I have had Colin assist me in the past, and each time he had demonstrated a high degree of knowledge and has always provided outstanding service. He was also in the process of closing but helped me anyway. He went over and above what anyone would do in this scenario. He keep said he is working on it, or he is waiting for the parts, or he don't pick up the phone. I left massage to his voice mail, and he don't return the call. Finally when he answer the phone he told me he will return the TV. After 2 weeks waiting he brings the TV and he told me he can't fixed the TV. He brings the TV back unfix. Basically he and his team don't know how to fix the TV, They only pickup you're TV and keep it in their shop setting there for 6 months then bring it back. If the repairman ask the money first more likely is fake repair man more likely is scam artist. They are trying to keep the TV for long enough until the customer give up and don't want their TV back, then they can strip the TV to sell the parts out on online. This how they made the money, $115 + (money from the parts can be sell). They are the worst business people in the Tampa Bay area.
