NEVER WAS TOLD ABT RESERVING PARKING & EVEN ASKED - WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT AN ISSUE The first thing they moved, a couch cushion, was immediately damaged and stained blue. They denied doing this, but there was no stain until they picked up and moved the cushions into their box in the hallway outside the apartment. Their box had blue marks on the outside of it, and there were blue stains in the carpet in the hallway outside the apartment underneath where they put their box. When the movers were told the stain was not there before they picked up & moved the cushion, they argued and refused to take responsibility, then obtained a signature for a release of liability on a BLANK form & filled in the damage they caused to the cushion as pre-existing! That move caused them to lose their tip. The office did call us the next business day and agree to pay for the damage the alex and derrick caused.

The three movers from Two Men and a Truck were extremely slow, intentionally sluggish, and unprofessional. First, we were having some difficulties finding a parking space in our old building. Within 5 mins, they got impatient and threatened to cancel the move. We had to basically beg them to not cancel the job. During the move, my boyfriend and I are going back and forth moving stuffs on our own although we are PAYING them to move. A repairmen from our new building couldn't send how slow and arrogant these movers are, so much so that he jumped in to help us. The movers were slow because they were paid by hour. We ended up paying for way more than what we expected!!! I'm still mad at this experience. I'm writing this review now because I'm looking for moving companies recently and Two Men and a Truck's name pop up again. I recommend staying away from this company!!
