Here is time to give back by leaving my review :) We have been seeing him for about 2 years. And he indeed lived up to 5 stars, and even far beyond 5 starts if we have more stars to give! As people have been saying here, he is compassionate and competent at the same time. In a typical visit, by asking curious and caring questions without rushing, he got all aspects of my concerns, and he listened so well and cared so much that sometimes I forgot I was in a doctor's appointment, but feeling more like catching up with an uncle that I have missed for a while. Every time for any issue that we want to learn more, he could cite trustworthy resources readily and we trust that he gave well informed advices. There was a time my husband doesn't feel well in his chest, and concerned about potential heart issue. It was in the evening, like 9 or 10 pm, after ordinary office hour, and he didn't feel too bad to go to ER to check it, but concerning enough for us to consider if he should go to ER. We messaged Dr. Fell on the one medical app, and he called us a few minutes later!!! After asking some questions, he said with comforting tone that it's fine, probably muscle tensions, and my husband doesn't need to go to ER that night. Such a relief! And he saved us a thousand dollar bill. And my husband is indeed fine. We are so grateful and impressed about his confidence and that he cares so much and is willing to go far and beyond to help! We also both received his hypnotherapy, which has been deeply healing and I still draw resources from those sessions after two years. His compassion is so genuine that created a safe space for deep healing. Since Covid started, we left CA. When we have any medical questions, we still consult Dr.Fell with virtual visits. We are not willing to let go of him no matter where we go! And we will unhesitatingly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor that could provide excellent medical advice plus family like kindness and care.

I actually chose a couple of doctors before but ended up canceling both times. Finally, after more searching, I found Dr. Kristina Hobson in Los Gatos. To be honest, when I first walked into her office, I was already looking for an excuse to cancel again. But once I spoke with her, I was really impressed with her knowledge and the way she explained everything, so I decided to keep my appointment. Today was my procedure at Silicon Valley Surgery Center, and I had such a great experience. The facility was clean, calm, and very nice. Every single person I interacted with was wonderful. From the front desk to Barbara, who helped review my paperwork everyone was kind and welcoming. My first nurse, Kay, was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and professional. When she went on break, Nicole took over she was also amazing. I'm not a fan of needles at all, but she did my IV so gently and with so much care. Then Kat, the third nurse, took me to the procedure room she was kind, calm, and very professional. Dr. Michael Block, the anesthesiologist, was excellent. He actually texted me the night before to ask if I wanted to review everything ahead of time or on the day of the procedure, which I really appreciated. We exchanged a few messages, and then he spoke with me again before the procedure and explained everything clearly. He was confident, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. In the procedure room, I fell asleep within seconds and woke up quickly afterward feeling great. Within about 30 minutes, I felt completely fine. I was even able to take calls and respond to emails. And now, about Dr. Hobson ,she is truly a 10 out of 10. Honestly, the entire experience was 10 out of 10. From the office to the surgery center, every single nurse and staff member was exceptional. I'm a very detail-oriented and perfectionist person because of my job, so I don't say this lightly. I could easily hear every word in the next patient room. I guess it isn't a big deal, but it just seems like it should be more private.

He's extremely thorough and he TAKES TIME with you on every visit. He has an old school approach that makes you feel like he knows you and cares about you. I have to say that doctors who spend 2 mins with you and throw a prescrip at you are garbage, especially when guys like Dr. Fulmer exist. Highly recommended. You won't be sorry.
