Honestly, this is the barber shop Frisco has needed for some time now to raise the bar in barbering for the area. The location is great, surrounded by all the shopping spots you'd like to show off your fresh haircut at. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and skill brought to this place. There's not much of a wait, but don't get me wrong, this place will be filling up really quick. I'd set an appointment before hand just to get that vip feel. There's a good upscale, laid back, professional vibe that's strong in this place. Staff is diverse, accommodating, & above all, friendly. Best haircut I've had in awhile. I got a mid bald fade, with a part and a crisp line up to clean up the edges. The barber, Jovanni, knew exactly what to do and skillfully did a great job. His service was great and conversation was fun, as it was inspiring. As you'll see upon observing the clients getting haircuts, all the barbers here are diversely experienced & work great with both clippers and shears. Clean establishment and the barber (Kekoa) we had listened to what i wanted done for my son and made recommendations. My only issue is the pricing of the service. My son is going just for a cut, not all the extraness like a wash or products afterwards so it's annoying to have to pay so much when im used to paying $20 since he's a child but i do understand this is a barbershop that caters to a certain type of clientele that are looking for the extra perks. That being said about the pricing, I'm still going to come since he's gotten good haircuts (2 visits) but not as often because of the price. I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 and got there around 11:20. I proceeded to sit and wait for over 45 minutes without being called. Terrible service. I recommend Floyd's 99 for any haircuts you might need. Avoid this place unless you enjoy sitting and twiddling your thumbs for an hour. read more

Worst haircut experience ever. I had a appointment at 11:15, I got there at 11:10 and the barber but did not see me till 11:30. He did not even have a customer before me. The music is so loud in there you can not hear anything the barber tells you. The barber was rough for no reason and did not know how to cut hair. As my haircut was nothing like I asked for and I have scratches from the clippers. Not to mention the towel he put on my face smelled terrible like if it was not washed. I did not catch this till I got home but I was charged $5 extra for the hot smelly towel that he put on me for 20 seconds. Even though I booked a appointment for just a haircut and beard trim. What a waste of $80. I just looked online and looks they charge $10-$15 more for this location than their garland location. No wonder the haircut was so expensive. They are just trying to money grab since where it is located. Overall very unprofessional, terrible customer service and worst haircut I have received. Kekoa was my cutter. First beard I've ever grown. First beard trim I've ever had. Started off promising and I even thought I may end up liking it for the first couple of minutes. I was more hesitant by the end, and by the time I got out the door, I hated everything about my beard trim. He took way too much surface area off near my cheeks and added bad lines to my mustache while thinning it out too much too. Really nice guy, but I am not impressed with this, and I won't be going back. read more
