Great experience here! I got roped in from a post about a car online. Got here and couldn't make up my mind about financing or buying outright. These guys helped me tremendously, especially since it was my first time buying a car. Especially Omar, sat at his desk with me for 12 hours jumping through every hoop to get me this car. Couldn't be more happy with it, definitely recommend coming here! read more

Good prices, good customer service. I felt like I was cared about and they were totally honest about the whole process.

I wanted to wait after purchasing my car in October 2025 to provide a review. My experience wasn't the easiest with my credit score suddenly drop in within 24 hours. The only thing I didn't like was my boyfriend came with me for support and while I advised the Agent that It was OK to talk about the car in front of him. The sales person disclosed my credit concerns to include giving my credit score to him without my consent. I didn't appreciate that and found that was unprofessional. Otherwise, it was good experience. Thank you for my Audi and I would consider business in the future. read more

Jesus and Mike did an amazing job! Great car-buying experience and excellent service.

I was buying a 2020 BMW 530i for 15,999 (advertised special)the finace manager sent me the purchase aggrement, but there was a charge of 1,999 for paint protection,I also had my own financing, because there financing was 3 percent higher. I told Jesus the finance guy i did not want that paint protection , he says i am not making any money on this car deal, but he would contact me in just a bit, finally a day later i made contact with him,he tells me that he is selling the car for more money to someone else, but if they do not buy it, he will sell it to me for the advertised price.I was paying the price that they had listed on their website.I have zero interest in doing business with them now. I really do not like leaving bad reviews, but sometimes it has to be done,so they can address those issues. read more

Great price and the guy who helped us out at first was amazing! Was approved for a good price but regardless we still have the right to at least see other options but to disrespect me because I still had to talk with my bf to decide if it's a possibility that we'd get it makes no sense. There was still a 50/50 chance we'd come back but now it's pointless all because one person decided to give backhanded comments. What's funnier is that we agreed we could do up to 400 but still want to see if maybe another car will catch our interest. We just wanted to see more cars before we chose one lol for you to call is ridiculous and your dick riding so bad being cocky about selling 9 cars a day which I know isn't true is funny because you couldn't let this customer go. Literally all you had to do was let us talk and even if we didn't get the car you just ruined a relationship with a future customer I don't get it. We were still going to look at other cars at the lot losers read more

Do not buy from them. Thev do a bait and switch tactic. They had a price of $19999 ona tesla 2021 with 108k miles.I agreed to full asking price. They tried slipping in a warranty without it being itemized then tried saying the bank added it when i questioned him over the phone that the math doesnt add up. Pictures is from text messages with the finiance manager And owner doesnt want to do the deal unless i pay a $1000 over ask price or a $3000 warranty because they wont make enough profit. All this even after i put a deposit down for the vehicle and spend a full day going back and forth. Waste of time and illegal practices. They have yet to return my deposit. See photos of text massages between me and the finiance manager with the itemized list for the car not showing 3k worth of warranty he tried slipping in without me knowing. read more

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM LSM Cars (Fullerton, CA) I am writing this to seriously warn anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from LSM Cars in Fullerton. I visited this dealership yesterday to look at several vehicles, and right away there were major red flags. Multiple cars on the lot already had check engine lights on, which is completely unacceptable for vehicles being sold to customers. While the cars may look good on the outside, the interiors were dirty and poorly maintained. The experience only got worse from there. The staff will go above and beyond to try to get you approved--but not in a good way. The tactics used felt extremely shady and potentially illegal. Once it became clear that I wasn't going along with their process, communication completely stopped. Calls and texts were ignored, and they would not respond further. Another major red flag: when you call, you're told you're speaking with someone named "Ben," but when you arrive, no one seems to know who that is. Instead, you're dealing with multiple different people and phone numbers, which creates confusion and a lack of accountability. Also, be cautious when dealing with the finance department. My experience was very concerning, and I strongly advise people to be careful, especially with someone named Omar. Overall: * Terrible customer service * Dishonest communication * Poor vehicle condition * Highly unprofessional environment This place is not trustworthy. Please save your money, protect yourself, and DO NOT buy a car from here. read more

I really wanted to have a positive experience here but after a week of chasing down the manager Omar, the car we originally came to test drive still has not been located. I should preface that the car shows available and Tom confirmed it was on site when I called and spoke with him. I scheduled a test drive with Tom, I confirmed the day of that we were coming and the time. We drove 45 minutes to get there and arrived on time, Tom was not at work (they did not know where he was) and it turns out neither was the car. Omar stepped in after 20-30 minutes of another gentleman trying to help and locate the car. Omar was kind, apologized, offered us an additional discount and asked if we could return the next day. The next day came and he stated he did not have a status on the car. We offered to come back the following day, he stated that he was not working so we scheduled the next day (now 5 days after first contact with Tom). Again, the car was not on the lot and no offer of a time or date when it would be available; just an "I don't know". Everyone seems pleasant enough which is why I was hopeful that this would be a positive post. The dealership makes great use of AI for customer service, I received confirmation texts and even a follow up text asking me about my test drive that never happened. The kicker to all this is the car was going to be a birthday present for my daughter. In hindsight, we should have moved on sooner or Omar should have simply told us that the vehicle is no longer available and offered to show us something similar. Neither of those things happened. Seems like other people have had a positive experience, I am just sharing ours. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars Terrible experience. Roger has absolutely zero customer service skills. It was raining when we arrived for our appointment to see a truck. Roger walked in shortly after us with an umbrella. When we told him we had an appointment, he said, "I'll give you the keys, but I'm not going outside to get wet," and vaguely pointed in the direction where he thought the truck was. When we found the truck, it was nothing like the listing. The photos and description completely left out major issues -- a large rip in the center of the seat, rust on the hood, damaged paint, and other problems. We came back and placed the keys on the corner of the desk where Roger was sitting, completely focused on his phone. He didn't ask us how we liked the truck, whether we wanted a test drive, or if we had any questions. When I told him he had terrible customer service and no manners, the manager overheard and asked what was going on. I explained, and the manager simply replied, "Please wait, stay, prove him wrong..." I was so taken aback by that response, I just left. Never going back read more

I was working with them online and had set up a virtual tour of a car. When they finally called 50 minutes late I was told that he could not find the keys and that someone had put a deposit down. Yelp asking me: "Oh no! what could improve?" For leaving 1 star.... Um they should close. Promise if you get a car from them you will have issues before even putting 20 miles on the car you buy from them. 1st car I had from them the engine failed. Told them I didn't want it anymore, they let me chose something else. Now this car has check engine light 10 minutes into my drive home. Which leads me to believe they manipulated something while I looked at the car. They will make accommodations for you yes, but these accommodations wouldn't have to be made if they had cars that are in good condition. Used car dealerships and sales people are sketchy, and scummy. These people are no exception. Be smarter than me oh did I mention I found a hidden air tag in my car as well? read more

Do your due diligence in buying from this dealership. Listen to your instincts. Most of these used dealerships are shady and this one is no exception. In April I was f*@ked over by Carin Auto, LLC (name drop), so I was already very stressed and very apprehensive having to begin the process of buying a car all over again - until I sat down with Shaun at LSM Cars. LSM had a great selection of BMWs and I went there to look at a couple - Shaun's expertise and knowledge of the car marketplace, especially BMWs, led me to the purchase of a car the SAME DAY. But wait! There's more... I've had a few concerns with the car after the fact, nothing of which you should ever expect any dealership to voluntarily help out with - being that it is a Used AS-IS purchase, however Shaun has consistently on multiple instances, gone above and beyond to get everything taken care of for me! Thank you so much! read more

Stay away! After going back and forth with a salesman for over a week, I drove 90 min to look at a car they had advertised and told me about only to find out it never passed inspection. They left their add up for an additional week knowing full well they would never get the car. I even emailed the day before letting them know that was the only car I wanted to look at. Very slimy! read more
