I visited this dealership yesterday to look at several vehicles, and right away there were major red flags. Multiple cars on the lot already had check engine lights on, which is completely unacceptable for vehicles being sold to customers. While the cars may look good on the outside, the interiors were dirty and poorly maintained. The experience only got worse from there. The staff will go above and beyond to try to get you approved--but not in a good way. The tactics used felt extremely shady and potentially illegal. Once it became clear that I wasn't going along with their process, communication completely stopped. Calls and texts were ignored, and they would not respond further. Another major red flag: when you call, you're told you're speaking with someone named "Ben," but when you arrive, no one seems to know who that is. Instead, you're dealing with multiple different people and phone numbers, which creates confusion and a lack of accountability. Also, be cautious when dealing with the finance department. My experience was very concerning, and I strongly advise people to be careful, especially with someone named Omar. I told Jesus the finance guy i did not want that paint protection , he says i am not making any money on this car deal, but he would contact me in just a bit, finally a day later i made contact with him,he tells me that he is selling the car for more money to someone else,but if they do not buy it, he will sell it to me for the advertised price.I was paying the price that they had listed on their website.I have zero interest in doing business with them now. They tried slipping in a warranty without it being itemized then tried saying the bank added it when i questioned him over the phone that the math doesnt add up. I wish I could give 0 stars Terrible experience. Roger has absolutely zero customer service skills. It was raining when we arrived for our appointment to see a truck. Roger walked in shortly after us with an umbrella. When we told him we had an appointment, he said, "I'll give you the keys, but I'm not going outside to get wet," and vaguely pointed in the direction where he thought the truck was. When we found the truck, it was nothing like the listing. The photos and description completely left out major issues -- a large rip in the center of the seat, rust on the hood, damaged paint, and other problems. We came back and placed the keys on the corner of the desk where Roger was sitting, completely focused on his phone. He didn't ask us how we liked the truck, whether we wanted a test drive, or if we had any questions. When I told him he had terrible customer service and no manners, the manager overheard and asked what was going on. I explained, and the manager simply replied, "Please wait, stay, prove him wrong..." I was so taken aback by that response, I just left. Never going back read more

Which leads me to believe they manipulated something while I looked at the car. I had a very frustrating experience with LSM Car regarding an extended warranty I purchased. The owners, Omar and Shaun, never gave me any documentation for the warranty--no details, no contact info, nothing. When I tried to cancel it and get a refund, they refused to provide the phone number of the warranty company, making it nearly impossible to access what I had paid for. After many months of follow-ups, they finally gave me the information. When the refund check from the warranty company was issued and sent to LSM Car, they delayed releasing the money to me. I had to insist several times before they finally handed over my own refund. LSM Car showed a lack of transparency and customer care at every stage. What should have been a simple process became a long and unnecessary struggle. Based on my experience, I do not recommend doing business with this dealership. If you do, be sure to get everything in writing--and be prepared to push for what's rightfully yours. read more

The day I bought a car here they pretty much pressure you to do a review before you leave. Well at that time I had no idea that later that same night my car would not start due to it having a bad battery. I called Omar the next day because he was the only person I really dealt with. He told me no problem to bring the car in and they would replace it. When I got the car back I had a bunch of warning lights on saying that my blind spot sensors were not working mind you they were not on when I took it in, well when I tried to adjust my passenger side mirror I realized that it did not work, so when I called Omar the next day and told him about the warning lights now being on and told him about the side mirror not working he said no problem that they would fix the mirror and get the warnings lights off but he was not sure what time that their mechanic would need me to bring it in he said he would call me the following day with a time and day to bring it back. Well I never heard from him again I left many messages with no return call, in the mean time I was expecting my license plate to come in the mail from the DMV, well next thing I knew some lady from LSM calls me to tell me that the DMV sent them my plates and that I could come pick them up but I needed to pay them another 300.00 and something because 150.00 license fee along with the 450.00 registration fee that I already paid on my contract was an estimate and so I owe them more money, we'll ive bought many cars and have never did they have to estimate my dmv fees especially on a used car. Nor had the DMV send my plates to the dealer they always came straight to me. So I told they lady I was not going to come get them until Omar called me back, because I figured that would get him to call me. Well about a month later all of a sudden i got my plates that LSM sent me, without me paying that additional 350.00 but to this day 5 months later I still have all the warning lights on and my blind spot sensors don't work and my mirror is still broke. Omar was never to be heard from again. So just be careful as they will tell you whatever to get the sale but don't honor what they say... and don't let them pressure you into a review before you leave. read more
