Every time I go they're all very welcoming, respectful and very patient with difficult customers. I have never witnessed any disrespect/rudeness towards any customers in my time at this barbershop. I LOVE THIS SPOT!!!!! They were working so fast and the house stayed full. They recognized every customer and kept their appointments first which is how it should be. I didn't have an appointment so I had to wait but it was a Saturday at the barber shop so that was my fault. But the guys that worked there were super nice and though it was my first time I felt welcomed and they did a great job. Not all barber shops can cut women's hair. I went in and was greeted immediately by name. Throughout my haircut, German spoke to me as a friend while still staying focused on providing me with a clean cut. There is amply seating and multiple tv's to watch while you wait. German took his time to make sure I was satisfied with my cut making minor adjustments to ensure my expectations were met.
