I brought my car here as part of the Geico express service and was receiving an estimate only so I did not have any actual work done here and my experience was related to the insurance process only. The party at fault was covered by Geico, so this was not through my own insurance. It is always painful making sure you have all the claim information and factoring in time for the estimate let alone repairs but it was relatively easy and I had a choice of shops to use. I selected this one due to the proximity to my office and that it carried the Darcars name. There was another shop within a block so it seems there are numerous partners that Geico works with. The adjuster Sean was very professional and easy to work with and I had the details and check in hand in a very respectable time while I enjoyed a partial episode of Netfix waiting in the lobby. The entrance seems to be backwards and a slightly inconvenient angle to navigate parking if you enter where the sign is but guess it just depends how many people are there when you arrive. I had to go back a second time for a supplemental payment and it was just as bad as the first time. read more

Just assume that the good reviews are family and friends of the employees who work here. They held my car hostage for two weeks, just to find out the car was sitting somewhere while they waited for glass to be delivered (something they already knew it needed). I basically told them I was coming to get my car in person and it had better be ready. Surprise, surprise, it actually was, but they didn't clean adhesive marks on the outside like they said they did (and charged for). I didn't care at the time because I was so disgusted. They had all the excuses in the book. Do yourselves a favor and look at the padded bill-- they do this under Miscellaneous Operations charges. Certain things they charge by the hour, according to 'the book', BUT other things they charge by 1/10th of an hour and stick it under different sections of the bill. Strong suspicion that they and Geico have some kind of back alley deal going on, since their ethics are severely compromised and are practicing fraud on a regular basis. They are also very sensitive and defensive-- if you want to complain they shuffle you outside so no other customers can hear it. Will be looking into further punitive action against them. read more

So I had my Honda civic car serviced here back in February 2022 after a car hit the drivers side door and caused a dent. My car was in the shop for months (approximately 2 months +) and i was told they were going to replace my drivers side door with a new door and it took to so long to fix because they were waiting for the door to come in. This collision center is practicing FRAUD. I ended up mildly scraping my rear door in late 2023 on the drivers side and was told by multiple reputable mechanics that my drivers side door was never replaced with a new door. So this collision center ultimately lied and is committing insurance fraud. Additionally, they installed the OLD door wrong and till this day there is a loud windy noise always coming from the side of the door when i drive. I'm so upset that the responsible parties insurance sent me to this horrible collision center and thank God I didn't have to pay a dime. But this collision center is a SCAM! The last time I picked up my car from this place after a crash, the car was in poor shape. When I got it back, there were things still wrong with it. I brought it to their attention when looking over the "finished" car and they said it was like that when it came in. Did you seriously just try to gaslight me? These two guys that worked there tried to tell my mom and me that the car was like that. I would remember if my car looked like that. They were really rude and didn't seem to care. I even took photos. This was back 6 years ago but the car wasn't properly fixed and the window on the drivers side still has issues to this day. I noticed when I roll down and then roll up after it's rained, there is a part that comes up, I don't know what any of these things are called, just know my car wasn't like this before. I also had to reprogram my audio system and couldn't find the code for awhile. If you have a Honda you know what I'm talking about. So the reviews have been bad going back 10 years and you're still getting one star reviews? These people writing that you must have changed workers or something cause they don't understand how their car was in perfect shape after using this place and everyone else is so disgruntled. I love Toyota specifically for the customer experience I receive from them, but this was an absolute nightmare. I dropped my vehicle off on 11/16/20 and finally was able to pick it up on 12/15/20. I would not have minded waiting if someone had actually contacted me and kept me updated. I had to call several times and the receptionist said she would "leave a message" with Matt, the representative handling the vehicle. I asked to speak with a manager many times and they asked "why" and said he was not available. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau because I feared I would never get my car back from them. They were disrespectful and brushed off my complaints about a lack of communication. On top of all that they did not social distance and expected the person picking up the car to enter a tiny office space with 2 of them inside to explain (after badgering them) why parts of the car were not finished. 4 1/2 months later I finally got my car back. After about a month of them telling me it will be ready next week. That being said I've had my car for 2 days and they're already issues with it and I need to take it back to get more work done. The most pressing one being the push to start is blinking orange which indicates an issue with the engine which Darcars says they replaced. I just picked up my poor 2015 Mazda 3 after a serious of unfortunate events, including having to be nostradomus to avoid a jeep that went around me, almost hit the 2 cars I was wait for to pass AND then slammed on his brakes AS SOON as I got onto the road, after crossing safely. (Sry for the back story) They returned the cracked grill and good to new and they were able to fix my trunk from when a McDonald's truck full of empty trays flew off the lift...and onto my poor car on Valentine's day at midnight. Fun times, there. The truck and number were more damaged then could be seen at that time of night. It looks like new. Nothing missing and everything neatly stacked in back of car from the trunk repair. BEST PART, THEY WERE SONE IN 2 DAYS, NOT 4!!! My car had an accident at the back side, and I took it to Darcars nissan Collusion Center. They fixed it, but they damaged the original windshild and replaced it with the aftermarket windshild. I was extremely upset during that time, but they told me that it has a lifetime warranty. However, the windshild had defects and cracked while it was at the parking garage. I contacted them in person and via phone (contacted the collusion center manager and the receptionists), but they told me that they couldn't replace the windshild because it was okay for more than 12 months. I was disappointed with them when they damaged the original windshild, and when they cheated me again last Monday. it's the worst collusion center. They did not keep their promises! read more

As my sister and I both have had our vehicles service here, we have ALWAYS received nothing less then outstanding customer service from Mr. Brain! He always greets you with a smile and ends your service with a detail description of your services and a handshake goodbye! Its hard to trust dealerships (especially being a female) with your vehicle and let alone to trust that you will not get "rip off" by services department with outrageous prices. NOPE! Not with Mr. Brain! He goes over your needed services, he tells you if your vehicle is going to be ready within hours or overnight due to the work needed, if so he will direct you next door for a Loaner Car (thank goodness!) I called for the 11,501 update on my car, that she was supposed to call me about, she says hold on let me check. I call back and asked to speak to the so-called manager Brian, another horrible person, and he will not take the call or call me back. I called 4 times and as of today I STILL have not talked to him. There were excuses of wrong parts being ordered. There was supposed to be a vendor to come out an install my seatbelts, once they finally got the correct part . But guess what the vendor didn't show up in the date scheduled, do you think KELLY, called the vendor to find out why they didn't show and reschedule, that would be a NO. Why do you continually keep Kelly on as an incompetent, and terrible employee? Reading the other comments, Kelly is a consistent denominator of inadequate, unprofessional nonsense. They had my car for 5 months, like the others way past the 30-day rental allowance. Whatever so called mechanics they have there need to be FIRED for either being stupid, lazy or BOTH. How do you have a car for 5 months from a front end collision and NO ONE bothered to check for transmission damage. You BSed around with my car for 5 months, for it be towed to the College Park Nissan Dealership ship, where they have the car for one week to say the transmission has damage. How could they figure that out that in a week and you idiots MISSED IT THE 5 months you all had it???? After ALL the BS, they ended up totaling out my vehicle, and I STILL have to pay my $250 deductible for BS! So it's ok to get paid for NOT doing your job. Wow. Just wow. In a bad way. I recently was in a very minor fender bender going to work in DC and GEICO set me up with an appointment to get the damage fixed at this location in Silver Spring. *Note: They are a very large body shop. According to one of the guys that works there, they are the largest body shop on the east coast. Please remember this as you read the rest of this review. If you are the largest body shop on the east coast, it means one of two things. You either do very good work or you just know how to negotiate contracts and get the insurance money. At this DARCARS, it's the latter. The damage appraiser told me it would only take a couple of days and that it was an easy job for them so I shouldn't have anything to worry. However, when they called me to tell me the work was done, I looked over the car and noticed that they had made more a couple more indentations while trying to take the bumper off that they didn't fix. My side blinker light was broken and just placed in its holder (how could they miss that?). And the lines (where all the pieces of the car come together) were totally off. This is supposed to be an easy job. I told the appraiser and he looked it over with me and said that he would fix it. He only needed a couple more days. I was cool with that and let him have his days. When I come in the second time the indentations were not fixed. My side blinker light was glued in place... GLUED? WTF? Moreover, there were scratches on the new paint job and they didn't fix the lines so the front bumper's paint was starting to flake because of the touching of the panels. The appraiser told me that they had accidentally broke the handle of my hood and they had replaced it. I tested it out and my hood wouldn't close after opening it. Now I'm pissed. I called the GEICO insurance manager and he got a hold of the general manager of DARCARS and they both personally told me they would take care of my issues. They said they needed the weekend and that I could pick up the car around Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and the appraiser calls me and says it isn't ready because some things weren't up to my standard. Well, at least they called me this time and were fixing it themselves. I finally received my car, fixed, on Thursday. Talk about it being an easy job that it takes about two weeks. On a bright note, the general manager personally inspected the car with me before handing over the keys. They repainted my entire bumper and fixed some things that wasn't their fault. I'm finally satisfied with my car repairs, but I can't in good conscience ever send anyone I know to that repair shop. 1 and 1/2 stars for the personal service I received after they had messed up twice. read more

I'm rating 2 stars simply because the Geico Damage Adjuster, as well as the Darcars Service tech, that met me to appraise the damage and so forth were extremely polite and well mannered. That's where it ends. The front desk girl seemed to be on drugs or a very strong muscle relaxer b/c she had slurred speech and was barely conscious. Further upon trying to turn my key in to her, she had no clue who I was, even though I spoke to her :30 seconds before. She told me to transfer items to my rental car and bring the key back into her, and then looked at me as if I was a crazy person. And before you go defending her, there was exactly 3 people waiting including myself. No one called me to let me know my car was fixed. In fact, if hadn't called after 3 days I think my car would still be there! So, I cleaned out my car before leaving it b/c of course they're not responsible for lost or stolen damage. Upon retrieving my fixed car I noticed and reported to the receptionist that all my spare change was taken. Now I realize that $5-$8 worth of silver change isn't that big of a deal, but it's the PRINCIPLE behind the matter. Take a few quarters to buy yourself a soda or candy bar...I don't care. I brought my truck in here after I was rear ended and pushed into the car in front of me. Simple fix, a bit of mud and paint on the front bumper, replace the rear bumper with a bit of mud and paint fix the rattling noise from whatever was knocked lose from the impact and change out the L bracket that held my Electrical harness for towing. When i got the truck back the license plate covered one of the scratches, the mud was uneven and painted over, the change in my truck was STOLEN, there was a grease smear on my armrest, the wiring harness wasn't attached to the rear bumper, they hadn't fixed whatever was rattling from the impact, and the L bracket wasn't touched. They forgot to ask for the keys back to the rental vehicle and called the next day while I was working a 24 hour shift. I dropped them off the following day and they wouldn't return my deductible for the car rental and charged me $79 for the day of the rental truck. Shoddy work, theft of change, and charging me for a car rental since they didn't ask for the keys back. Not to mention time wasted traveling to their body shop. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

They vastly overcharged me and didn't even do all of the work they told me they were going to do. I don't know much about cars. They charged me to repaint entire chunks of my car to repair the damage from a key scratch. A scuff remover would have worked just fine. If they were honest, they would have told me that. Also, the customer service was terrible. I waited for over thirty minutes while the woman in the office dealt with other customers. She claimed she was waiting for me because I was, "on my phone." Had my vehicle fixed less than a week but felt like it was a rushed fix. My interior of the vehicle felt like it was dirty and had a dirty wet rag wipe down my odometer, radio console, and trim . all i see is water marks exterior door and wheel well was fixed but more scratches on my car by the door pillar i take it back to the shop and one of the employees brings out polish to try to buff it out . doesn't really do much . and then tells me oh were a body shop and the scratches and scuff marks ARE NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL? and tries to play runaround with me not owning up to the fault. how would you feel paying for a 40k car and let me scratch it up and tell you that its not that big of a deal either? read more

I had a terrible experience at DARCARS Collision Center. I had an appointment for 8:00 AM on a Monday, which was after a weekend snowstorm. I got there on time, but they couldn't look at my car immediately because they were clearing the snow off their lot. However, they never looked at my car on Monday. On Tuesday, I called them around 10:00 AM and found out that they still hadn't looked at my car, and got the impression they weren't going to on Tuesday either. Since I needed my car, I picked it up on Tuesday around noon. They had my car for about 28 hours and didn't even look at it, and this was after I had an appointment. When I called to complain, the manager made excuses about the snow. I will never take my car there again. read more

Terrible service. Once I arrived there i had to complete kind of application and was asked to wait for 20 minutes to be helped. So I took a seat and waited for more than 40 minutes. While seating there I noticed that all the employees are busy with something that all the customers have no idea about. Everyone is asking for help and nobody is there to help. Front desk girls... were very nice. Allstate suggested them... I bought my car from DarCars and the other drivers insurance accepted liability... Total of 2 1/2 weeks they had to fix my car... The Bodyshop... be prepared for the hustle. I understand that you have a business to run, but what you won't do is tell me that I had damages before my accident when MY ENTIRE rear-end was dented in and my bumper was gone. Like how do you determine that??? (Side eye). Then proceed to tell me that the left side was the focus of damages... THE ENTIRE BACK END OF MY CAR WAS HIT!!!! The focus should have been the WHOLE back.... ((sigh)). Luckily, I had pictures, but I didn't get to talk to the individual that estimated the damage, before the damages were fixed. Also, my tail pipes were uneven (sticking out), by a couple of inches, could be aesthetics ,but it didn't sit well with me.... like carbon monoxide and my life.... do you not care about sloppy ass work???? So, then stated that they would fix the damages.... Come back later today. Call your insurance company if they are unresponsive. SHITTY WORK IS SHITTY WORK... Wish I could give them 0 stars but I will leave 1 because I have to and because the car was returned to me quick. However, I even want to take that 1 star right back because my car wasn't even fixed properly. Their attention to detail was absolutely TERRIBLE and I had to complain/argue with the manager to take my car back and re-fix what should've been fixed properly in the first place! It makes me feel very uneasy to think about how the mechanical components of the car were assessed if they were so apparently careless with the exterior. I'm no car expert but I was shocked at how the car was returned to me. After staying an hour arguing with him I didn't want to waste any more time with them and just left with my car because they lost all their credibility with me. I was told to bring the car back if I changed my mind but why the hell would I do that when they didn't fix it right in the first place like they should have. Now another thing that really irritates the heck out of me is that my coin pouch full of quarters I always keep inside the armrest compartment was stolen! I've always heard of people getting their coins stolen from their cars but this person took my whole pouch which actually had a sentimental value to me! Not cool at all and very unprofessional. I will admit, I was a little scared to come to this location based on the reviews online. However since I purchased my cars through Darcars and I was insured through Geico so this location made the most sense. I see now I didn't have anything to worry about and I had an incredible experience. My relatively new car (l had it less than 6 months) was hit by another car while parked in the city. The person broke my bumper and left the side of my car damaged. Thankfully Geico was a real partner in the process (I can't stop singing their praises, but that is another topic) helped me navigate the process and set me up with an appointment at this Darcars Collision Center. I got their bright and early and I worked with the adjustor Eli though the Geico Express Service drop off. He walked me through the process and explained what might be necessary (he would give me the full breakdown when he got it in the shop). He even assured me they would handle the repair and it would be like nothing ever happened (which I was fearful about reading the reviews here). I had a custom paint color and he talked me through how they would make the match. Honestly, even though I was really nervous Eli really put my mind at ease. It was right before the holidays and Eli was able to keep the process moving quickly so I could get my car back before the holiday break. I dropped it off on a Monday morning and picked it up on Wednesday afternoon. The car looked perfect and it was just like Eli said, it was like nothing happened. I can't say much about the customer service (as some folks mentioned in other reviews and calling to check on the car) since I worked through Geico to manage the process. They weren't the friendliest people but I can't say much more than that. I was there as soon as they opened so it wasn't busy yet. Given how worried I was reading these other reviews I wanted to share this positive experience and hopefully ease other people's worries. The customer service here was dreadful - when I drop off my vehicle to be repaired I generally seek comfort that leaves me feeling like my prized possession is in good hands. I'd like to preface this review by taking partial responsibility in this ordeal for not reading the reviews before entrusting this shop with my vehicle. I filed a claim with All State and the initial estimate obtained was nearly 250 percent less than the shop's final bill. I absolutely understand that what All State initially provided was an estimate, based on information obtained via photographs but because of the substantial difference, it would have been reasonable for an ethical shop to reach back out to me for acceptance of the enormous difference before commencing work. I was alarmed by the difference because I got estimates from two other shops who physically inspected the car before agreeing to go with this shop neither of which were in the ballpark of the DARCARS bill. I went with this shop because they were in All State's "trusted" network. When I expressed my level of concern for the costs and duration of the work, Miguel, the shop employee, became argumentative and told me at this point I have no choice... that they disassembled the car to the point that it is not drivable, and that I already signed the agreement. I did not want to argue with someone who has my car in a susceptible state so I reserved my concerns and shared them with All State shortly thereafter. I guess during covid times insurers are not sending out adjusters as unbiased third-party inspectors and some shops are exploiting this in their favor. I blamed myself for not sticking around and doing a walkaround with Miguel or someone else to come to a mutual understanding before leaving my keys, lesson learned - it costs to be trusting. 10 days passed and I received a call that my car was ready. I came to find that the area of the incident looked good as new but there were several scratches and a nick on the front right bumper that wasn't there previously. I brought the blemishes to Miguel's attention and without surprise he was confrontational. He claimed that the nick and scratches were there when I dropped off the car - but as earlier stated he would not know that since he was not there. This whole situation could have been avoided if he were there or rescheduled my appointment to do a walkaround and confirm the receipt and condition of the car. I'm almost certain the damage wasn't there and talking to someone who wants to argue about everything doesn't bring comfort. The only comforting thing I've received out of this situation is that I hopefully never have to deal with this shop again - I warn everyone against it! read more

My car was sent here through an Allstate claim for repair. I was stereotypically treated, a black man with locks & tattoos and a 2018 Dodge Challenger R/T got unprofessionalism at its best! Dean who is one of the shop administrators did a horrible job on my paint. For starters my car is two shades of black now and It was sunken in and botched. When I complained about the swirls that were left he told me to "put wax on it". When I complained about the two shades he said it's nothing that can be done. He buffed my paint incorrectly and brought it back with worse swirls than it had initially and said it was nothing more than could be done. He lied about our encounter when I began recording our debate about what he told me prior. The manger had no idea about the multiple times I had to return my car (3 times) which led me to believe everything was being half assed. This is by far the WORST BODY SHOP IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY MD! My initial experience was horrible due to the their inability in keeping myself or Geico properly informed on the hardship they were experiencing in getting parts for my car. They allowed the car to sit for a good 20 plus days while waiting on one part and did a poor job in keeping me abreast of what was going on. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, they harassed me about picking up my car, claiming they were done fixing the car. I took off work early just to make sure I could get to their shop before they closed, after getting there I found out that my car was nowhere near finished, in fact, they were still waiting for the part in question. This ended up costing me out of pocket rental expenses because of the length of time my car sat around waiting for a part. In the end, they ended up rushing the work because of the number of days my car had been sitting around. They finally completed the work in March (approximately) on my car after over a month. After taking the car home, l became aware of additional damages in three areas to the interior drivers side door panel. I called and spoke to Micheal who asked me to bring the car in (before the official shutdown for Corona), which I did. Upon taking the car in, he acknowledged that he knew what caused the damage and needed to get some information on the parts and the best way to repair it, whether he needed to order a complete door panel or just a part to the panel. He also informed me that it could take a while due to the possible shutdown of their office as a result of COVID-19. Fast forwarding to June 22, I called DarCars to follow up on the listed damages since I didn't hear back from them. I called to speak with Michael since he was the last POC at the shop. I was told he was not there and Randy was taking over his work. I left a message for Randy and received no return call back. On June 25, I called back again and spoke with David the shop manager. He asked me to bring the car in for another inspection of the damages. I complied and took the car in the next day on June 26. Upon arrival, I was confronted by a rude and unprofessional store manager (David) who left me setting in the lobby waiting on him for almost an hour while he sat in his office doing nothing. It took for the receptionist to remind him of the fact that I was still waiting before he promptly jumped up to finally came out to talk to me. Upon showing him the damages to my car, he started aggressively and harshly denying the shops responsibility to the damage. He showed me an alleged picture (for one out of three damages) claiming the one he had a picture of was prior damage; however when I engaged him on when the photo was taken, he claimed he didn't have a date/time stamp for it. When I asked him about the other two damages that he didn't have photos for, he stated, "we can't trust your word." He further alleged that the initial damage from my accident was minor and that it did not require extensive work on the door to cause such damages. I explained that I did have extensive damage that would have required them to remove the door in order to fix it; however, he was adamant that the door was never removed and continued to dispute what Michael had previously told me. He further stated that Michael had no business assuming responsibility for the damages; however, somehow, he seemed to have all the power in the world to assume that his shop was not responsible. I then asked to see the picture of the damage he claims was previously there; the picture was of one of the damages not of all three. He again was unable to tell me when the photo was taken and was unable to explain the other two damages to my car he had no photos for. He then stated his unwillingness to repair the other two damages because of the alleged damage of the one in the photo, which made no sense at all. He started yelling and being rude and disrespectful to me, despite the fact that I was the customer and he supposedly, was the one providing me with service. He yelled at me, telling me to call my insurance company and went back into the establishment leaving me outside stunned! read more

I dropped my vehicle off to the Darcars Collision on Tech Road in Silver Spring on May 4 for a repair of the bumper. I was told by Tony that the repair would take no longer than 2-3 days. On May 9 I went to pick up my vehicle and the workmanship was not good, so I had to leave the vehicle. Tony assured me that it would be ready by 5:00 pm the following day (5/10). I then received a call from Tony on 5/10 saying that the paint needed more time to dry. On 5/11 Tony called and stated that the paint job was not matching up with the body of the car and the work would have to be done all over again. I asked to speak with a manager, Mark. Tony put me on hold and then came back to the phone and stated that Mark was not available at the time but that he would call me back. To date, I've received no call from Mark and no call from Tony since Friday, with an update about when I can pick up my vehicle. I called to speak with Mark or Tony three times today, May 14, neither of whom will take any of my calls. I was told by the representative who answers the phone that she was told to give me a message from Tony, that he or Mark would call me back in 2-3 minutes. That was at 4:20 p.m. I will never refer this shop or return for any future work and advise others not to go to this location. read more

This center had my vehicle for 44 days after my insurance claim estimated 6 days of repairs. The center was unresponsive with updates and prolonged the process significantly. Randy was unable to provide updates on multiple occasions when I called to follow up. read more

I had a very similar experience to Craig R. I was referred here by Geico and they did such a shoddy job repairing my front bumper that a headlight fell out while I was driving later. I brought it back and they acted very annoyed and blamed it on Geico insisting they use cheap parts. They said they would order the part and call me in a few days...weeks later it's still not fixed. I guess you have no choice if you've got GEICO but be prepared for subpar work. read more

Absolutely awful experiecne and a terrible place. When I picked up my car for a "full repair" a major warning light was on. The manager mentioned that "sometimes that happens and it goes off on its own." It did not and I had an appointment to waste my time some more and bring back in toward the end of the week. A few days later my tire came off...I'm lucky I wasn't hurt or killed. These people should by investigated for the work they do. Of course they are claiming they did everything just fine. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Then to make matters worse, these guys publicly authorized a rental car and then deauthorized it after I returned the rental. The manager and the rest of his crew should be ashamed of themselves. read more

The only reason Darcars Collision Center gets 1 star is because Yelp does not offer negative star ratings. They talk a good game when you first arrive with your vehicle. They say they'll call you every week to give you status on the car, they'll have your car within the estimated time if not sooner, your car will be as good as new...bullshit, bullshit, bullshit. In a nutshell, my Lexus RX 350 which I've had for only 6 months came back looking dirtier then when I originally dropped it off. What should have been a 25 day job took 60+ days (and still counting). I refused to accept their shitty work and demanded they detail my car, fix the alignment, tighten the front bumper, and blah, blah, blah....the list was long. I went back a second time to pick up my car and it still was not ready. I'm scheduled to pick up my car this weekend and I'm not holding my breath. They are absolutely inept at their job. They have failed to deliver on my car time and time again. Insist on a better body shop than this place. They're absolute morons. read more

This review is for the Darcars Collision Center on Cherry Hill road behind the Toyota dealership. I am extremely unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism and little communication that I received when getting my car fixed at the Darcars Collision Center. Never did I once receive a phone car in regards to the status of my car and the damages were not correctly fixed the first time! I had to call my insurance company and get them involved in order to get an answer from the collision center in regards to handling the damages that were not fixed the first time around. I bring my car to the Darcars Lexus and Toyota dealership for services and by far this is a worst customer service I have received and am extremely disappointed. I would NOT recommend you take your car here for repair!!! read more
