These people are Not professional. They are Rude. Location is very Dirty. Poor customer service. I will not be coming back here.

I used White Oak for the first time in 2023 and I felt such relief. They are highly experienced, professional, and knowledgeable. I have a 2009 C300, well cared for, and the previous mechanic claimed experience they didn't have. The prices were reasonable, nobody made me drive a Benz and they are a little more to maintain. White Oak prices are lightyears better than a dealership. After the work done at White Oak, I felt confident in my older Benz and have been able to drive with more comfort and ease. My car needed oil cooler seals replaced and this shop took care of the job much cheaper than the dealer. We had a couple of other issues which were resolved afterwards. All in all I was very satisfied. I think patience on both ends helped as we worked together to isolate on issue that was difficult to uncover. Great service! read more

I took my ML500 here to get checked. Rami told me about 1800 to repair the valve body in the transmission. He didn't even check it for more then 30 minutes I was there. He didn't even have a loaner for me to drive if I left the car there for repairs. So I left and took my car to a local dealer. That provided a loaner and fixed the problem for half the money. Don't trust this repair shop. Beware they will try to suck money out of your pocket for repairs you don't need to have done. Always get a second option from there estimate. read more

I always service my car at this shop - paying half of what my dealership normally charges for the B service. The owner and his staff are very knowledgeable and upfront about the cost and time needed to fix something, never pushing for unnecessary work in order to get extra money out of your wallet. I appreciate the honesty. Some repairs might get as expensive as at the dealership, but that all depends on the cost of the parts. I am glad I found this place! Highly recommend! read more

White Oak Auto Service is the best place to take your Mercedes Benz. My baby (C-230) Benz is always well taken care of here in this shop. When you call the shop and want to speak directly to the owner (Rami), he always makes time to talk to his customers.His staff is always pleasant. Also, Rami is always willing to look at your car without an appointment if you have a concern. He will always tell you the truth, what you exactly need. If a person is cheap, I suggest that you do not get a Benz. A Benz requires you to spent lots of money, because iMercedes-Benz are Luxury Cars. You have a customer for life as well. read more

I have suffered from repair fatigue for the past few months. I have visited the dealership, and other shops, in an attempt to keep up my vehicle (GL320 diesel). After a particularly difficult summer, my car started smoking one day after another shop installed a rebuilt turbo on my car. I looked up White Oak Auto Service and saw good reviews. I called and Rami seemed pretty knowledgeable about my particular car. That was a good sign. I decided to give him a try and I am happy that I did. The technicians cleaned out oil from a repaired leak. They completely removed my new turbo (after getting permission for the cost involved) and reinstalled it to get rid of the whistle and the smoke that caused me to look for the shop in the first place. The cost for the work was fair to say the least. Finding this shop allows me to put the idea of getting rid of my car on the shelf. I finally found someone who knows what they are doing and is trustworthy. It's very hard to find both. They have a new customer in me! read more

Had my car at Magic Benz in Hyattsville, and they let my car sit for days and did nothing, and broke my inside door handle while the car was in their care. I got my car towed from Magic Benz to White Oak and literally within minutes the owner diagnosed the problem. Literally! I needed a new car key (which he had rushed as they are often on back order) and he charged my car battery for me, and I was out of the door shortly after they received the key. Great company, and I now have a new place to have my Benz's serviced. read more

Happy with the service and the price charged for the service. Went for a coolant flush and that was done pretty quickly. Owner very knowledgable on Mercs and mechanics have the knowledge for a wide range of vehicles. However, I requested to buy a set of new wipers as spares. They went ahead and "installed" them and proceeded to charge me $12 for the labor of installation. "Installing" wiper blades takes 5 seconds for the average driver (takes me 3 seconds). Not chuffed that they had to shave unnecessary cash from me for a wiper blade "installation". Makes me not trust what else they could try and swipe off my pocket. read more

This is an excellent business. They give a prompt, accurate, and thorough estimate for free, their prices are reasonable, they are pleasant to deal with, and they do stellar work. They have done work on two of my cars after collisions, and in both cases the car looked better than new. I had an excellent experience at White Oak Auto Service. I realized I needed an oil change before the holiday weekend so I emailed them about bringing my car in before work. I was able to get an 8am next day appointment. I arrived at 7:45am and they were already open and able to help me out. I was out the door by 8:30am. I called Rami and I needed the A service for my c300, he was able to accomodate my schedule. The staff are very attentive and courteous. The service was efficiently and quickly done. I thought my rear speaker was damaged, but Rami took the time and showed me that was not the case. I have serviced all my benzes here with reliable service and reasonable prices. White Oak Auto is Best in the business! Rami and his guys are all that you can ask for and more! I recently took my Benz in for some body work. Within moments, Rami called back with an estimate and I paid exactly what he quoted, nothing more! MileOne pales in comparison to this place! As I sit down to write this review I have came to the conclusion that White Oak Auto Service is the BEST mercedes service center in the Washington DC area period. Let's rewind to a few weeks after I purchased my 2006 Cl500 in August 2018 as my first car yes I said it my first car. Well I head to the wonderful shark tank that is euromotorcars in bethesda. My engine was making a clicking noise so I gave them there chance to Check out the car which they did, not to long after I gave them my car; I receive and email with a quote attached for over 4,000$ in repairs for an ac compressor and power steering pump. Well at this point I was a smige perturbed by that dealership. so this new mercedes owner went to searching to web for a alternative way to get my car repaired. After a few minutes of surfing the web I found White Oak Auto Service. Rami answered and I told him my situation, dropped off my car and expected to pick up my car a few days later; keep in mind my car had been sitting at Euro in bethesda for over two weeks. The next day my phone rings " hello it's rami at white oak your cl500 is ready for pickup" I was shocked that they got all that work done in a day but ready to drive my car again after two weeks of it sitting. Rami took care of everything for no where near the price that euromotorcars quoted me originally. Ever since then my car has never been to another shop and will never be since then I have had a few other repairs such as a wheel bearing, abc level sensor and a regular b service nothing to bad until my drivers side door started acting up I originally thought it was a module but when I described my problem rami said it was a broke wire so then came the time to fix the problem which I thought was gonna be expensive but rami charged a very fair price. I took my diesel R320 here for the first time to get the Service B, fuel filter change and brake fluid change. The waiting area was clean with a coffee brew area, TV and magazines and the receptionist was professional. Also, the prices were better than what I've previously paid at other places so I will definitely return. read more
