This is my second time purchasing through This dealership I can't say anything but positive things. The first time I worked with salesman Ifiok, he was very detailed in describing all the features of the car. Not only that he doesn't just treat you like another sale. He treats you like family, he is truly a gem! Okay so on to the next thing.. my second time purchasing, again Ifiok! Superb ass salesman! Okay so here's the story there was an incident that occurred which prolong my visit. Mind you buying a vehicle is an all day evolution.. at this point I wanted to get out so I rushed the process so I could leave.. after going home and letting everything marinate I decided to go back, after speaking to the manager, forgive me because I don't know his name, I just know he's bald lol but he was very sincere and acknowledged my concerns, he could do nothing and to my knowledge he bought Gary, who is the general manager. I too told him the same situation again he understood. I was able to get the color model price range that I wanted. Not only that he through a freebie for me. SCRATCHED MY CAR AND INCOMPLETE SERVICE Went there for oil changes several times. First two times, they failed to complete the advertised 24 point inspection that came with the oil change. Final and last time, they handed my car back to me with scratches that went thru the paint on the drivers side door. Definitely not going back to this dealership. Service is practically nonexistent at this location. Service waiting area isn't very comfortable and lacks benefits such as complimentary snacks. They don't honor competitors coupons. Today my brother and I visited this dealership. He was in the market for a 2019 Honda Passport. The sales consultant was great and knowledgeable about his product. Everything was going extremely well until we asked to see numbers on paper. That's where the rude and disgusting sales manager comes into play. I understand wanting to make a sale right then and there but unfortunately that wasn't the case. My brother was ready to purchase the vehicle and had a check from his bank in his hand. The problem was, the sales manager lied to us about how Honda's programs changes daily (when they change month to month unless dealer cash is put out on certain vehicles) and wouldn't even give us... scratch that..... allow us to an opportunity to physically see numbers on paper. I understand that we in the car business hate to give a customer numbers on paper with the chance of them shopping our price. Today wasn't the case, I work for a Honda dealership and as much as I would prefer for my brother to get his car at my current location, he really liked Honda of Bowie and it was extremely convenient considering we lived down the street from the the dealership. Even after I told the sales manager "Curtis" that I was also employed with Honda, he still treated us as if we either didn't have the credit to buy the car or the money to afford it. My brother was approved for $56k through his credit union. Not $10k nor $20k. So even if Curtis said to us; well because the vehicle is so new and fresh on the market, Honda isn't allowing us to discount the vehicles as of yet. I know it to be the case at times. Back in 2016 when the Pilot's were remodeled, we sold them at sticker for very long time before we could discount them. Long story short....if he had said that to us, fine. We didn't come to negotiate nor to waste anyone's time, we genuinely came with the mind set of doing a test drive, seeing numbers on paper and then taking it from there. We weren't even given that option. Being a person who have been in the automotive industry for 6 fucking years, it is extremely sad and fucked up to have been treated so poorly and then by another grown ass man of color. We could have very well went to (Temple Hills, Oxon Hill, Forestville or even Landover) and get much better customer service then we did today. I just can't for the life of me believe that what could have been a super easy process went completely left field. It's fucked up! We even got outside to the parking lot and talked about it and I suggested that we go back inside and talk things over with another manager, my brother wasn't having it. So, Honda of Bowie I'm sorry but you guys lost that sale. I feel extremely bad for the sales consultant because he was super nice and he really did take his time to explain the vehicle to my brother. He was super great and could have definitely made a sales that might have made his month. The salesperson claimed she attempted to email me several times with the pre-negotiated price, but emails did not come through. She blamed a new system. We finally agreed on a price and I attempted to make a deposit, but the following day the sales manager informed me that he would not be able to honor that price at this time. Let me first say that I had high hopes when I approached this dealership for a used car. When I first inquired about a CERTIFIED car, I got an rather quick email response and a call on the phone, but when the sales rep was supposed to call back, they didn't. This happened THREE times with different reps, Regina, Milton and some other one. Finally when I called directly, I got a salesperson, George H, that was courteous and who actually did call me back when he looked into the status of the car. I live 1.5 hours away and I told George what I was looking to pay for the car. He told me that the quoted price online was the best that he could offer over the phone, until I came into the dealership. George further stated that if I come to the dealership to see the car, then they would know I was serious and we could work out a deal. I told him that I was not going to pay the online price and that I did not want to waste both of out times. George said that once I was there, that we would work out a deal. NEVER was there a mention of any additional fees on top of the price of the car, and I'm not talking about the typical doc/processing fees. So, in good faith, I braved the rush hour traffic, which took me 2.5 hours to get to the dealership. I did a quick test drive and looked over the car. When George and I were at his desk, the FIRST draft actually stated that the cost of the car was the online price PLUS a $1.5k reconditioning fee PLUS doc fees and taxes. I was surprised at the additional reconditioning fee since it was NEVER mentioned on the phone and makes the online price VERY misleading. I again re-stated my offer, without the reconditioning fee and reminded George that he said we would negotiate below the online price now that I was at the dealership. Two trips back (to somewhere) to revise the deal, the only thing that changed were the taxes, since I lived in VA. I again reiterated my offer without the reconditioning fee and George went back (somewhere) again. This time, his manager, Lou (I think), came over and acted like this was the first time he has even heard of my offers. Lou also stated that he was NOT going to negotiate away the ADDITIONAL reconditioning fee, nor revise the online offer price AND (get this) he was NOT going to certify the car ANYMORE. At that point, I got up and left after telling both Lou and George, that why didn't they tell me this over the phone so instead of wasting my time. So, to summarize, I was BAITed into driving 2.5 hours to the dealership with the belief that there would be a good faith negotiation below the online price. BUT when I was at the dealership (for 2 more hours with the back and forth) the SWITCH was on the DEAL. The actual deal was much higher than advertised or conveyed over the phone: DEAL = Online price (no negotiating) + $1.5k Reconditioning fee + rescinding the Honda certification (on a car advertised as a "Honda" certified car). When I pointed to the manager, Lou, that I was brought with a certain understanding of negotiation, he just shrugged his shoulders like "oh well". WOW!!! I've bought quite a few cars (new and used) but THIS was THE WORST EXPERIENCE and WASTE of TIME I have EVER HAD at a dealership. I know dealers have to make some money and if you don't like my offer or don't want to negotiate, I understand. But don't waste my time and yours and act like you don't even care. This is the stereotypical car buying experience that sleezy used car dealers made famous and that we all joke and make fun of. But this actually happened at a relatively new and supposedly reputable HONDA dealership. read more

I initially came in to get a oil change this past Saturday (3/16/13). I had an appointment, and when I spoke with the service agent, he tried to discourage me from staying because they were so backed up. But I let him know about my appointment and his whole demeanor changed (moral of the story: make an appointment). He still quoted me a 3.5 hour wait time. Ugh..whatever, I had some hw to do anyway. As I waited, I thought, "Hey why not get my car appraised and see if upgrading is an option?" I'd been coveting the 2013s ever since all of those nifty new features were announced. Wouldn't you know, it totally was! Long story short, I walked out with a new 2013 Accord. Travis definitely hooked me up. I told him my price point, my financial situation, and what I was looking for. He managed to get me into the next class of Accord (came with an EX, left with an EX-L) and still stay smack dab in my price point. No BS, no shenanigans. So far I've purchased two Hondas from him and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Also, my old car was done WAY before the estimated completion time, so props to them for that, too. I see no reason why I won't be a lifetime customer of Honda of Bowie. read more

My experience with Honda of Bowie has been, for the sake of words, appalling! They sold me a lemon without blinking twice. After spending $3,000 in repairs, the vehicle still needs $2,400 of additional work. When I asked for a 20% discount from the service department to help defray the cost, they offered me 10% and told me they didn't have to give me that. The Service Manager Bill Lavin was very rude, arrogant and belligerent with me and my daughter. For him to be a manager, you would think that customer service would be forefront on his agenda, but I guess not. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, not even my worst enemy! read more

My experience with Honda of Bowie has been the worst experience in my life! I will NEVER go back to this Honda dealer, they have no respect or care for their customers. They don't even keep good records of what they are servicing on your car. I am only giving this 1 star because NO STARS is not an option. I have been a loyal Honda only service customer for MANY years in multiple states including multiple locations here in MD. I have never experienced such UNPROFESSIONALISM or attempted GOUGING of service at any place ever. I know my vehicles. I am capable of doing my own repair. I have always chosen to take it to Honda experts for their expertise and amazing service in the past. Honda of Bowie was a terrible exception to Honda's otherwise decent service record. Their sales people are horrid, but their service department is the best I have ever experienced. I take my car here for serving, and they always beat the prices of other mechanics. Additionally, they have always been very transparent with me on what really needs to be done, and what I should consider getting done based on Honda's service recommendations. It also helps that a lot of their replacement parts come with a solid warranty. One of the best conveniences of their service department is their late hours, and the fact that they work on weekends. Its great that I do not have to worry about taking time off work just to get my vehicle serviced. Again, I do not like how they conduct their vehicle sales, but that is typical for any car dealership; they're just looking to maximize profits so it is what it is. On the other hand, I highly recommend their service department. Always receive quality work and never get any negative attitudes in return. read more

I went to this dealership to purchase a 2018 Honda HRV-LX, specifically, a 6-speed manual. I had found this car online in Woodbridge, VA and when exploring closer dealerships for the car was told DarCars would do a dealer exchange with Hendrick of Woodbridge. A friend of mine told me that DarCars participated in the Costco Auto Program, they have to show you the Costco discount price as participators so it's supposed to be a hassle-free buying experience. I was given the name of a salesman to ask for when I got there because he dealt with the Costco Auto Program. How it works? The dealer shows you the MSRP Invoice then presents a certificate of sorts for the Costco price of the car. No negotiations. When I sat down at the salesman's desk and told him I was there through the Costco program he got up, went to his "boss" and came back sheepishly stating, "I'm sorry, we can't offer you the Costco member price bc this particular vehicle has only a $500 mark up and we would lose money on the sale." What???? He gave me more BS as I argued with him that they knew I was coming for that car since they went and picked it up from Woodbridge! It was a bait and switch technique and I felt totally duped. Before negotiations, during the test drive mind you, this young salesman admitted that the dealership wanted to get out of the Costco Auto Program bc they didn't really make money on the vehicles, although it did afford them to meet their quotas by drawing customers in for cheaper car prices. He also stated, "No one buys manuals anymore...they aren't popular. I don't even know how to drive one!" So, sitting at his desk after the test drive, I was livid and knew I was being taken for an idiot or something. This salesman even had the nerve to say when I tried to negotiate the price down on my own, "Hey, manuals are a rare find, I'm sure someone will come in tomorrow and pay much more than MSRP for it! You know, supply and demand! I had had it by then. I got up and said, "Fine! send it back to Woodbridge and I'll just buy it from them!" With his stinky, and rude attitude, he said, "Go ahead, they'll charge you up to $1,200 in dealer costs compared to our $300". We went back and forth, then I got up to leave saying, "I have a nice car, I don't need this car, I can walk". His boss rushed in at that point with a tone saying, "Wait a minute! Calm down! We haven't even told you what price we would sell it to you for!" To which I said back in a matching tone, "Then give me a price!" Of course he turned it back on me, "Well, give us an offer, tell us what you'll pay for this car." I gave him an offer about $1,700 under MSRP and they took it in no time making me wonder if I should've gone lower since it was end of month and they wanted to get rid of this manual HRV, but I'll never know since they refused to give me the Costco price. In the end, I bought the car, but had to go back for it the next morning. I asked them to wash it bc the windshield had so much dirt on it that it was hard to see out the front windshield with the sun beating down on it. When I picked it up the next morning, it hadn't been washed. I just wanted to get out of there. I called the Costco Auto Program and complained about how I was dealt with as a Costco member and am waiting to hear back from them. I will say this, I will not take my car to that dealership for repairs. At this point, I don't trust them. read more

Service Dept. only I have a 2005 Honda that I take to the service department to get worked on as needed. This dealer's service I trust to do a good job and at a fair price.......upon further review just o.k. They are expensive and do the job. I have gone to them a lot but am done. After not replacing the oil cap 2 years ago and now not putting on a gasket correctly which resulted in my car almost loosing all oil with a large leak I will not be back. To be fair they corrected the problem for free and after dozens of services performed there is bound to be a mistake. I just take an exception when it involves oil and I am spending a lot of $$$. read more

I have a Honda Element 2004 that was purchased at Honda of Bowie.Received a recall for the air bag. I called to schedule service and was told that I could have a 9am appointment . The recall letter states that the repair should take 30 min or so.. I show up to find out that the appointment is to drop off the car and we MAY have it done today....Wasted my time and a day off.... I called my bank and the dealer inquired as to a payoff on the date of sale (exactly 30 days ago) but never followed up. I spent three hours today talking to managers who "gave me their personal word that they would follow up in five minutes with a call back"...and nothing. Don't waste your time. Honda of Bowie will do it for you. Today was our second visit to this dealer, and we were ready to buy an Odyssey. They had sent out a letter with lots of carefully worded promises, none of which ended up being true. The really fun part is how they make you wait for hours to find that out. Both of our trips there took way too long, as in HOURS too long. There are no "deals" at Honda Bowie, even the MSRP that they quoted us to go along with our Costco 'deal' was not the right MSRP. Compare the Honda of Bowie website MSRP with the official Honda site, you will see. The invoice price they gave us for the costco deal was actually $900 over invoice. If you are going to waste your time showing up there, at least be prepared and know the prices. I have never gotten such a bad impression of a car dealership. Looks like most of the other reviewers agree with me. We will be heading to Toyota of Bowie. Good luck, you will need it. read more

SERVICE DEPARTMENT REVIEW ONLY!!!! So I am totally not a person who EVER writes reviews, but I went in for an oil change yesterday and was immediately greeted by someone. I was quickly processed for the oil change and directed to the waiting room where there are these comfy leather chairs and big screen TVs. There is also a coffee bar and vending machines. I was asked if I only wanted an oil change or if I needed x,y and z. Once my car was completed (which took about 45 minutes because there were quite a few people in front of me) the service tech came out and told me I was finished and then let me know that within the next 1 or 2 oil changes I would need brake fluid, power steering fluid and new air filters. He made it very clear that it was not needed right away but to keep in mind for my next few services. I appreciated that he was honest and didn't badger me into getting these items completed with them today just to get more money off my service, as alot of places can pressure you or take advantage because I am a woman. The cherry on top was my $20 off coupon that I printed from the Honda of Bowie website that made my oil change $13.00!! BOOM!! I will be back for my next service!! Good job guys!! read more

BEST car buying experience ever, and let me assure you I can't stand shopping for a car. Chris, my salesperson, made it enjoyable. He was straight forward, extremely nice and very knowledgeable. I had just arrived on the lot after leaving Honda of Annapolis (please go to their Yelp/Google page if you want to see THAT review) in a huff after their customer service literally left me shaking. Chris greeted me warmly and instantly starting helping me look at cars. He was super attentive and didn't BS, which was very much appreciated. Rick, who I believe was the General Manager, was wonderful. He was also very straight forward and willing to work with me from start to finish. Tyrone, who I believe was in Finance, was excellent as well. I started out looking for a used C-RV but ended up getting a brand new H-RV thanks to Chris really listening to what I was looking for and what I needed. By the time I had closed the deal it was almost an hour after close but Chris was still there and even let me borrow a used Honda for a day or two while they detailed my new car. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership Honda of Bowie ..Such shady business practices, (including false advertisement) both of them (Nissan of Bowie). Non Disclosure of dealership recenty being sold may delay processing tags...both dealerships totally failed in this regard. What a complete lack of customer service and regard for their customers.. Basically, I am STILL getting the run around regarding receiving DC tags for a used vehicle that I purchased in SEPTEMBER 2015. Plus they had to (offerred) to install a free remote starter to compensate for misleading advertisement. SO, regarding the tags and title process..I am potentially on my THIRD set of temp tags!..Unbelievable. Incompetent. And Tiffany is the worst! Why make your customer come here to vent instead of expediting and communicating in an efficient manor? If things are out of your control I guess FB or Yelp is as good a place as any to screw a business that has certainly made it their business to screw you. My complaints are valid. They should have been made a priority. Period. But instead I have a vehicle that I won't be able to drive in 5 days, that... I've owned going on 4 months!! Because the "system" potentially won't let THIRD set of temp tags be administerd.. Probably because it should NEVER take over 4 months to process tags and title! Both dealerships inability to follow through on these two simple process of tags/ title and advertising ensures that I would not ever recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here. EVER. UPDATE: I received my THIRD set of temporary tags today. The woman at the tags and title counter was unbelievably rude. Her words of confort/ sacasm included a statement that went somthing like this "You think your situation is bad there is ANOTHER customer who has received her FOURTH set of temporaty tags". I took my car in to the Honda of Bowie service department yesterday because I've been having trouble starting it for the past two months or so--sometimes it would click, and other times it wouldn't even click. I took it in on my only day off this week of work because I was really nervous and worried about getting stranded somewhere. I received a phone call back saying that my car wasn't having issues starting, and there was no problem with it, even though I had told the service advisor, Martin that sometimes it would start, and other times it wouldn't. After reading the receipt, the service on my car amounted to "We tried to start it. It started. No problem here". Nothing else was checked. I reluctantly picked it up this morning and drove it out of the dealership. Now my car is sitting in my work's parking lot, dead as a doornail. It won't even click, and I've been trying it for the past three hours. I have to figure out how I am going to get to work for the next couple of days, tow my car out of here tomorrow, and take it somewhere else who'll actually fix the problem. Either my starter or solenoid has gone bad. I've never written a review for anything in my life, but this entire experience has upset me so much that I felt compelled to for the first time. There's no excuse for explaining to someone repeatedly what is wrong with a car (and a fairly common problem it seems like, after talking to people and looking online), them turning the key once, and deciding "Well, that's good enough for me". Do yourself a favor and do not take your car here. I don't know if it's because they're overworked or underpaid (which, I mean honestly I could sympathize with if I weren't worried about my own job being potentially compromised out of a lack of transportation at the current moment), but regardless you might end up in a situation like mine. read more

This was our "go to" Honda dealership back when it was Honda of Bowie, but no more. We would bring our cars here for service, but that stopped after I decided to take a look at the cabin filter after they "replaced it" to find a filthy filter. This was on my wife's car and I replace that filter on my own, so I know what one is supposed to look like. We decided then and there to stop using them, but today was really the last straw that is getting me to write this review. Our new service shop spotted dry rot on tires that we had replaced at the dealership 4 years ago and have about 45,000 miles on them. They are 90,000 mile tires so we called the service department to see if they could help us with the warranty claim. Their response "well that was Honda of Bowie so we can't help you". They had the possibility of selling 4 new tires in front of them and couldn't be bothered to help a customer with a warranty claim. Stay classy Darcars... read more

I strongly urge anyone to find a different dealership!! Our salesman Yeoseph was wonderful, we laughed and he seemed genuinely interested in helping us get the best deal. However my husband and I were very upfront saying what we wanted to pay monthly, no pressure. We don't like to haggle you can either make this happen or you can't, pretty simple idea. After being left to our own devices for 3 hours, having 2 managers come over saying we are working on it. After signing off the only way we would do a deal and the payment amount attached 3 hours later we are taken back to financing. By the way this was a Wednesday night and no one else was there. First thing financing says is the payment which is way over what we agreed to. We say no not gonna happen, this is not what we discussed with the manager. After the finance man is pulling up numbers, showing us the dealership is going to take a loss for us, yeh ok between taking money off vehicle and the bank they have to pay for running the loan??!! Manager comes back really seems concerned we think he's going to make this happen, he says give me 2 minutes I'll be back. We wait another 15 minutes, finance man comes back and says nothing we can do!! We say if we put another thousand down, he says nope won't help. Have a good night!!! Our frustration is the company could have said that at 6pm saved our time and theirs, not wait until 9pm and leave us walking away with nothing to show for it. Came in for a md state inspection by calling around to see who has availability and a good price. I was told they had an appointment in an hour and it would cost 120. When I came they told me it was 150 and they are backed up so will take an hour n a half...3 hours later I am still here.. We recently purchased a certified used car from Honda of Bowie. At the time of purchase we were very clear with both the salesperson and finance individual that we did not want any extended warranty or any other additional add-on services. As the finance person went over what we were signing not once did he mention anything about Honda premium car care for life. While looking through my papers I see that I was charged for this service. The finance person must have slipped a paper in while we were signing our papers. We are currently in the process of filing a complaint with headquarters in order to resolve the dishonest services provided at this facility. I would not recommend buying a car here to anyone...ever! I should also mention that the manager Roy was not helpful at all when we called to give them the chance to resolve this issue prior to taking it to the next step. read more

On 10-26-2018 I brought my 2014 Honda Pilot to Ourisman Honda of Laurel to have an issue figured out with my battery that had a small drain. They did a diagnostic and stated that the draw was coming from a bad A/C Relay switch that had to be replaced. They replaced the switch but then a week later the issue was still happening. I brought my car back to OHL they did another diagnostic and state that the draw was coming from the aftermarket sunroof that was installed by Adler & Mandel. When I purchased the car back in March of this year there was no sunroof and Darcars Honda referred me to Adler & Mandel to have the sunroof and stalled and worked the price of it into the financing of the vehicle. I then took my car to A&M they did a diagnostic and stated there was a 0.4 amp draw from the battery before power to the sunroof when the car was off to close the sunroof. When the sun roof power kicked in the draw increased to 0.8 amps for 15-20 seconds which was normal for the sunroof and dropped back down to 0.4 when the sunroof power stopped. They advised the 0.4 draw was from something else inside the vehicle. When I call OHL to advise them of the issue. They simply stated "Well our techs feel it's the sunroof and we can't go against that, so you should take the car back to Darcars Honda to have a third opinion figure out the issue. To my knowledge regardless of which Honda I take the vehicle to they should be able to diagnosis the issue and fix it since its covered under my Honda Care Warranty. I took the vehicle to them on 11-6-2018 they completed the diagnostic and advised there was short in the front passenger window switch that was causing the issue. They have since resolved the issue, but I had to pay another $100.00 to the per the Honda Care claim because they stated that they cannot transfer the claim from OHL to Darcars Honda. I have since put in a claim with Honda to have my original $100.00 should be returned to me. Also there was a recall on my passenger airbag that OHL never informed me about, I was notified of the recall immediately when I brought my car into Darcars Honda. I would never refer anyone to OLH to deal with the poor customer service. Darcars Honda is just another 15-20 mins down the road and will provide a much better experience. 7/4/2016. Great staff members (Michael Murphy - Salesman, his Supervisor, Rick - General Manager and J. Woody - Finance. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Murphy as my Salesman. I wanted the Honda HR-V EX in green I was told by the manager Michael Webb they didn't come in green so I choice the gray. I found out that it did come in green and mulberry actual 7 colors. I told Michael Murphy while I was waiting for the EX after 4 days I decided I wanted the EX-L and not the EX in gray. They dismiss Michael Webb because he told me the HR-V didn't come in green plus other problems. Michael and Rick started working that day trying to find me the green or the mulberry HR-V. Rick said it would take 24-48 hrs. But Michael called me the next day to come and pick up my HR-V in mulberry. It look like no one had a green one. It took me 3-1/2 weeks to get this car. I happy with the mulberry. When I finally pick up my car, Michael explain all of the new functions of the HR-V. I was very impressed with his time and dedication, I went back the second day and he still took time with me. He even called me after the car was delivered and after I pick up the car to make sure I was good. J. Woody in finance did an excellent job. Chris in the Service Dept. was amazing and friendly also. After a month going back and forth with the company trying to resolve the situation the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.

i had the pleasure of meeting the staff at this dealership. everyone was pleasant for the most part. i came in with my son right before the lock-down due to Covid-19. i think we were there longer than we needed to be because my son was so indecisive,but Mrs. Brenda Bivens was very pleasant and helpful. she made me feel comfortable while my son was talking to the sales person that she has appointed to him. within a few hours he made his decision and we left with a very nice vehicle. This past weekend i made an appt. to go in and look at a car for myself. my husband accompanied me. i made the appt. with ms bivens she set me up with a sales rep. Milton who was also very helpful and definitely patient with me. i left the lot again with a vehicle. So overall especially during this pandemic my experience was very pleasant. Horrible! Did not respect my usaa true car price. When I went in the sales manager tried to add an additional 6,000 in random charges anything from maintenance packages that were included in the advertisement online to 1600 in charges because I had to pay for the work that they performed on the vehicle to get it ready to sell... Ridiculous!!! I emailed another lady and she apologized and said they would honor the true car price... Against better judgement I agreed to come back the next day right after work to purchase the vehicle at the true car price... She said there was another couple coming in to look at the vehicle about an hour after my appt. But I was first and she would have everyone hold off scheduling viewings until I got there... I rushed after work and due to traffic I was 6 minutes late. I emailed them about 20 minutes prior and told them... Well when I arrived the other couple was already there (pretty sure another sales man wanted to steal the sale so told them to come earlier) then since I was 6 minutes late ( wow so late!!) I lost my appointment time...I had to sit there and watch another person test drive and look at the car I wanted. Then they USED me in negotiating that if they didn't buy that car I was... Pretty sure she didn't have a usaa true car price either so she probably over paid but sure that made the dealership happy. Completely unethical waste of time!! Only bright side is I never have to step foot in that dealership again. I will also be recommending usaa does not recommend this dealer... Unfortunate... Just stay away read more
