I'm not generally one to write bad reviews, but this one is needed. I have been sick now (Throwing up) since I left due to the food issue. I ordered the 12oz Ribeye steak and it showed up RAW. I let the waitress know (she was very nice) and she apologized and took it back. They re-served the same steak from my plate, RAW a second time. I told them I wasn't going to eat it due to the issue, and they did not originally comp any part of the meal. It wasn't until I went back to the manager and spoke with her (She was fairly unpleasant) and said well you ordered it medium rare. I kindly let her know there is a HUGE difference between medium rare and RAW/BLUE completely uncooked. It seems the cook flash cooked the meat and didn't take the time to get it properly cooked. The most frustrating part is it was taken back and served raw a second time with no apologies from the management staff or remediation done to correct the issue. VERY disappointed as we had a very large group and the customer service on the managers part was very disappointing. She said "I am still going to charge you for the salad and side baked potato." DO NOT RECOMMEND and will be speaking to our regular group about possibly finding somewhere new to go for regular meetings. read more

Haven't been back since the Covid closures but around Superbowl or basketball season the service started to decline again, think they were understaffed but was in a few separate occasions and very long wait before acknowledged. read more

By far the worst service I have ever had... had a birthday party there on a Saturday night they had 3 servers and one bartender took an hour before my food had gotten to me. 1/2 hour for the drinks never again will I even think about have a large group there. Very Disappointing. Such a great location in the valley but the worst service we've experienced in a long time. The service was so bad that in the ten minutes we we're there we were never acknowledged or even had a server come into our section. We ended up leaving and do not intend on returning. Fun little restaurant/bar. Full menu stops at 9 after that it is only small appetizers. Full bar. Great prices! Their roast beef sandwich with au jus is awesome! 3 stars because service is always slow, hey are usually understaffed and the staff they do have are usually slow. read more

We went in to Darcy's for a cocktails and appetizer/dinner in the bar. I ordered the Fish & Chicken tacos from the appetizer menu and my husband had the potato crusted trout from the dinner menu. I've been looking for the best Reuben in town for years. I found the worst one here. The top price of bread was dry. As if it had been left out all day. Not toasted. The bottom price was soggy. Soaked with something. The meat was average. Service was as bad as the food. The waiter forgot my wife's order so I had to wait ten minutes for her food to show up to find out how bad mine was. Then had to chase him down to ask for ketchup for the fries. The waiter never came back to ask if we needed anything the rest of the night. read more

today was my 4 year wedding anniversary.went to darcys for the first time to have dinner with my wife. WORST LASAGNA I HAVE EVER HAD. the microwave job on the lasagna was so poor that it was literally cold on the outside and boiling hot on the inside. it actually tasted like beef stew. i took one bite and was done. the meat in my wife wrap was so undercooked she picked the meat out and ate what she could. When the waitress came back after giving us our plates, I told her how dissatisfied i was with the food. she said you guys picked the worst things you could have picked. i replied you are telling me the dinner special (that was the 3rd highest price item on the menu) was the worst thing i could have picked. i told her i did not want to pay for the food as i did not eat any of it. she took the plates,came back and told me the only thing she could do for me was give me a free dessert. i told her i did not want any food. she ASSURED me the dessert was not made by the people preparing the food and that ot would not as bad as my meal. i told her the microwave job on the my food was very poor. she said i know. i paid $50 for the one of the worst dinners i have ever had on my anniversary. I have never been to an establishment that refused to refund patrons for such a horrible experience. i hope this matter can be remideed. read more

If I could do no stars I would! This was the worst service ever...guys talking about their nights with ladies,yelling at the cooks in the back "not about work". We had our wedding on October 28 2017 in Darcy's Restaurant and it all turned out and came together perfectly! The set up they provided was perfect and lovely and the staff was fabulous! The food was just the right light fare we wanted! Made our special day perfect! Thanks everyone! read more

I was invited by co-works to come check this place out after work. It's right down the road from me, so I took my 11 year old son and we walked in. First, there is no waiter or waitress and no signs to seat self or where to go. So we stood there for a bit, no one walked over. Naturally we walked toward where all the people were sitting at tables and by TV's only to get yelled at that we needed to leave. I asked the bartender if we could walk through what turned out to be a bar eating/drinking area and we got yelled at again to leave. I understand minors in bars, but when you have a restaurant and no wait staff and all we did was WALK IN....that's rude. We didn't sit down, we didn't even stop and look at the bar. We walked in. They treated us like my son was a leper. It was the most embarrassing thing I've ever had happen at a restaurant. Everyone got quiet and was watching the bartender and some old drunk golfer dudes yell at us to "get out." Next time I'll sit my kid down at the bar and order him a nice cold beer, since that's what they acted like we were about to do. For the record, I don't drink. We came here to check out the food at a local restaurant. We wont ever go back. Place was dirty looking anyway and lots of dirty plates and trash all over. Gross. read more

Great atmosphere and very classy Bar! My Husband and I went in for karaoke on Saturday night on a suggestion from a friend. We were very pleased and will be return customer's. Service was great and drinks were amazing!!! we love to sing karaoke but its tough to find a good place in Spokane, the bar was very busy but everyone got a turn in a timely fashion. Most karaoke bars favor their regulars, but we (being brand new to this bar) were welcomed right in. Keep up the good work Darcy's! We'll be back for sure and will spread the word!! read more
