The kennel was cold, dark - no lights on, and drafty - outside doors left open. Great for fresh air admittedly, but my elderly dog wouldn't cope well. They provide individual concrete runs where the dog eats, sleeps, pees and poops. The dogs are not walked, per the employee who gave us the tour, because they don't have a secure fence surrounding the property. I specifically asked if I left my dog there for a week if she would be confined in that run for the entire week without a walk, and the employee said yes, that's right. You may provide your own blanket if you want your dog to sleep on something other than the cold concrete floor according to the employee. They don't provide anything. They had smaller outside kennel runs, but those were used by their groomed dogs - this is also a grooming business - waiting for pickup according to the employee. I had no idea how spoiled I was by my city kennel. I paid $1 extra for a cot to raise my dog's bed off the cold, hard concrete floor. My dog was walked Outside everyday so that she could relieve herself away from her bed and her food. I also had the option to pay $1 for extra playtime everyday outside the run enclosure. Maybe this is the best they can do here, but I was just heartsick when I thought of leaving my elderly dog here. It will never happen. A week in a cage with no sunshine. A week of peeing on the floor of her house - she'd probably nearly pop her bladder first, waiting to be let out. If I have to drive to Bakersfield, so be it. Surely you don't have to live in the South to find a Happy place for your Sweeie Pie's vacation. Note to Entrepreneurs - Open a Bright, Clean, Caring Doggie Country Club here - Please!

He did what he WANTED not what he got PAID to do. I'm like, oh, fine I'll take a quick bath and groom not full service to make up for YOUR mistake. I was billed the full price for a service that was not well done. In addition his nails were still long and chipped. I have photos of the poor nail trim as well. When it came time for us to leave I let the groomer know and he asked if he could come by and I said yes. He never followed up and gas lighted me. Not only did he rip me off on the service he didn't even follow up with making up a mini service. It's been 6 weeks since service. we are back in Columbus and my poor puppy who loves the snow can't be outside for long because his hair hasn't grown back long enough for the snow we just had. I have to buy him winter clothes when he was nice and warm before we left for the holidays in the snow. I'd never recommend this mobile service. When we go back to Bakersfield I'll be going somewhere else.

We even tried the self serve spa and our dog Bailey never felt so soft. Her coat was glowing after we just came from the dog park. We're from out of town but we travel in and make this our stop every time. They have helped assist us with getting our dogs familiar with different foods with the samples we get. We get to see what our dogs like and don't like before we commit to it. You don't find that kind of service anywhere else, and it's really nice because it's all dog safe instead of trying to take it into your own hands of trying Google. Do not come in this place !!! this place has no care about your dog at all! I took my golden doodle there couple of times, first one was just a shampoo and light trim, was ok, besides, the lady who is a owner , used sharped clippers on my dog and his lips was swollen for a week and red, I have told her about and warn her not to do this anymore, after second my visit my dog couldn't stop shaking his head for a week, she used harsh tools on trimming, after 3rd my appointment it was completely insane, when I asked her full body trim, she destroyed his long fur I was growing for a years, absolutely ruined his face shaped, I asked her slightly trim and do not cut much face , but trimmed years, she did opposite, like she doesn't speak English or what ? All over his body I saw patches, like something textured and removed fullness, later I took him to another groomer and they said , it's from tools she used , which chopped his hair from the roots, you don't see it right away, because it's fresh and fluffy , but 2-3 days after I noticed uneven depth into his fur and start notice uneven cut and it takes so much time to grow it back and I have told cut all over his body now to bring balance in length, horrible experience. And one thing, my dog after last appointment had throat issues, like she was choking him so hard and don't give a water or something, he was making weird nice when he was walking next to me , like something injured into his throat, month after it is gone , thx god .. GUYS, this place needs to be closed at some point , the way she treats animals... I'm not telling you how my dog was shaking when we walked in into that place, which I barely saw my well trained service dog, we never had that problem and all groomers always said how well behaved my dog and calm !
