The necropsy results confirmed that Sparky did NOT have a heart attack. Sparky had bruising around his airways and neck/throat. He also had blood/cuts behind his ears. The kennel was cold, dark - no lights on, and drafty - outside doors left open. Great for fresh air admittedly, but my elderly dog wouldn't cope well. They provide individual concrete runs where the dog eats, sleeps, pees and poops. The dogs are not walked, per the employee who gave us the tour, because they don't have a secure fence surrounding the property. I specifically asked if I left my dog there for a week if she would be confined in that run for the entire week without a walk, and the employee said yes, that's right. You may provide your own blanket if you want your dog to sleep on something other than the cold concrete floor according to the employee. They don't provide anything. They had smaller outside kennel runs, but those were used by their groomed dogs - this is also a grooming business - waiting for pickup according to the employee. I had no idea how spoiled I was by my city kennel. I paid $1 extra for a cot to raise my dog's bed off the cold, hard concrete floor. My dog was walked Outside everyday so that she could relieve herself away from her bed and her food. I also had the option to pay $1 for extra playtime everyday outside the run enclosure. Maybe this is the best they can do here, but I was just heartsick when I thought of leaving my elderly dog here. It will never happen. A week in a cage with no sunshine. A week of peeing on the floor of her house - she'd probably nearly pop her bladder first, waiting to be let out. If I have to drive to Bakersfield, so be it. Surely you don't have to live in the South to find a Happy place for your Sweeie Pie's vacation. Note to Entrepreneurs - Open a Bright, Clean, Caring Doggie Country Club here - Please!

When I dropped him off, I told her I wanted the dog to be one length all the way around, but instead she shaved his head and left his ears super long. I was treated as though I am incompetent and stupid. I would have paid twice what they wanted to have it done right and will be happy to go elsewhere, even to Bakersfield. My poor dog looks embarrassing! I will have to take him to another groomer to just have him look decent. I love supporting our local businesses but when they do terrible work, and then treat me as if its my fault it makes me angry. The groomer had got rid of all my dogs hair trimmed it bare to the body. The groomer said, is this not what you wanted? I'm like no, I made sure to say I wanted a minimum trim to his length. We live in Ohio and it's the middle of winter. We were only visiting for the holiday. He's like oh, well it'll grow back. The groomer, offered me a free bath and wash to make up for HIS MISTAKE. He did what he WANTED not what he got PAID to do. I'm like, oh, fine I'll take a quick bath and groom not full service to make up for YOUR mistake. I was billed the full price for a service that was not well done. In addition his nails were still long and chipped. I have photos of the poor nail trim as well. When it came time for us to leave I let the groomer know and he asked if he could come by and I said yes. He never followed up and gas lighted me. Not only did he rip me off on the service he didn't even follow up with making up a mini service. It's been 6 weeks since service. we are back in Columbus and my poor puppy who loves the snow can't be outside for long because his hair hasn't grown back long enough for the snow we just had. I have to buy him winter clothes when he was nice and warm before we left for the holidays in the snow. I'd never recommend this mobile service. When we go back to Bakersfield I'll be going somewhere else.

A ton of natural treats. Anything you need for your dogs are here- I didn't look at cat supplies, so I can't comment on that.
