The owner and all the employees were extraordinarily nice. My dog is usually difficult, but was the calmest with this groomer. The cut looks great, and my dog smells clean and soft.

My dog really likes coming to the Dog Haus, and they do a great job grooming. My only complaint is that they advertise "Walk ins Welcome" but they actually do not ever allow Walk ins. I think they should remove the advertisement from the front of their business so it doesn't falsely advertise their services. it's quite disappointing to arrive when they open for a "Walk in" and then be turned away. other than that, I really like them!

Excellent service. Carmen is awesome and she truly loves all dogs. Jax, my Dobbie, was very happy when he was picked up soo much that he didn't want to leave. He wanted to run back inside when we exit the building. He left clean and with a shinny coat. Their customer service is great and love that they called me to remind me about my appoint a day before the actual appointment. I highly recommend The Dog Hause.

Nail day for our three dogs.

New groomer for our dog Tucker and I am very pleased with the outcome. Upon recommendation from a fellow pet parent we decided to try out this relatively new place. The location is easy to find and get to and for us is convenient for Saturday appointments while we are on that side of town. It had been awhile since our pup had gotten groomed so we knew they had their work cut out for them. After the basic intake questions and going over the cut we wanted they took him to their fenced off area instead of kennels. They quoted us about an hour and a half to two hours and it took right about two hours to get him done. Our pup looked great and we were told that his usual moments of grouchiness pertaining to certain parts of the process were actually not problems at all. No nipping during front paw nail trims, which is surprising! We will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them!

How she should have looked!

I took my little old lady there, but NEVER again. Called to pick her up and almost didn't recognize her. She's a havapoo and her ears were always long and silky. This time they shaved all of the hair off her ears and the rest of her body was a total mess. John told me her ears were so matted there was nothing they could do but shave them. He brought out a bag of hair which was supposedly his was of showing me how matted they were. I was in shock and didn't show my disgust at what they did. When he handed my baby to me she peed on me This has NEVER happened before. On the ride home she shook and cried. It took 2 weeks before she returned to normal. John left 2 messages on my phone trying to "explain" why they shaved her and, said it is their policy to call before shaving like that. Well, I NEVER received a call and I NEVER would have authorized it. Although John denied it, I still believe she was mistreated by the groomer. Jessica always groomed her, but this time John kept saying, "he" and when I asked, John said Jessica was, "back there, but didn't do the grooming". At the very least my money should have been refunded! It should also be noted that they say they don't cage the dogs. While they do have 2 play yard's which are visible when you walk in, there are cages in the back. Twice my baby was retrieved from a cage....I followed them to retrieve her, so this is a fact that cannot be denied. Carmen is a wonderful, super nice, caring person, but John is a flat out liar! One of his messages said he thought the groomer had called for permission to shave, but his words and actions when I picked up said differently. Posting what she used to look like and what they did to her

Play yard waiting to be groomed/picked up.

This place had such a different drop off experience than I've had at our previous groomers. It was nice and quiet- and clean! They greeted my dogs very kindly and put them in a large play yard area with toys. This is where they spent all of their time while not being groomed, which was comforting. They have a multi-dog discount, and a punch card discount promo. Only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is that it took a tiny bit longer than anticipated (5 hours) and they forgot one small thing on one dog - they were very apologetic and said to bring him back at no charge. Overall, 10/10 experience bc my dogs were very happy. I'll stick with this location now on.

Charlie, after her groom! So pretty!!

I was specific of all the areas of concerns with Jay during the evaluation. He recommended four sessions for Jazz. At first I thought no way will this Boxer be corrected with four sessions. To my surprise I quickly learned otherwise. First session Jay addressed the running out the front door when opened. Jazz immediately obeyed Jay and myself. So impressive! Second session we needed Jazz to sit on his bed during breakfast & dinner. While his owner in a wheelchair enjoys his meals. Jay accomplished that in half the session. Third session was walking. Being able to keep Jazz on my side and from growling at other people or dogs. In one session Jay empowered me to lead Jazz. A big task for some of us women who struggle with being pack leaders. Jazz and I have been enjoying some lovely walks. Thank you Jay!!! Fourth session was calling Jazz in from backyard. Jazz did well with Jay. That is something I am sure I will master shortly! If not, I now have a dog expert to reach out to for help. Jazz was so excited to see Jay on a weekly basis. Jay was so loving and it made me realized I was not loving with Jazz. He is not my dog but my clients. However, I have started to love on him. This way he feels he belongs to someone and that he is loved. This poor dog came from the shelter during COVID. I have no idea what life he had before. However, now Jazz is living his best life ever thanks to Tails of Success. I have always felt professional dog trainer have. value. This recent situation has re-enforced their value based on their experience, quick results, and in home training. I highly recommend this experts. Side note: make sure you do your homework daily to reinforce all Jay's teaches your pet. This way you too will be a happy client with a happy pet.

Over the summer I met with Jesse and Miguel who worked their magic and transformed my pup from a jumper and biter to a calm companion who now understands the importance of following my lead. The most shocking lesson was that I paid good money to train my pup but it turned out I needed to be trained as well. Jesse talked to me about all the tough stuff I didn't want to hear, but they showed me how to be a real leader. We kept up with training honestly not every day. This weekend I was hiking alone with Racker in the hills above LA. I tripped and fell down a mountain breaking 3 bones. I was unable to climb up the rocks to make it out and had to be rescued by fire fighters and paramedics. They had to hike in and carry me out. All I could think of is how horrible it was going to be because Racker would become reactive and act aggressive in the situation. Instead because of his training he stayed in down the whole time. He barked once when they stabilized my leg and I screamed. After they picked me up he calmly let someone lead him out with me. If you are on the fence about training do it! You never know when an emergency will happen. The guys all praised how well behaved Racker was. I cannot thank Nick and Kassie enough. You really changed our life

They gave a full tour and did a thorough assessment to make sure Lulu was a good fit, introducing her to both calm and more energetic dogs, which I really appreciated. You can tell they truly care about the dogs, and that gave me peace of mind knowing Lulu is in great hands. Highly recommend! Kindest regards from Lulus family.

A Truly Exceptional Dog Daycare!…read more Intro: We have been taking Maximus (Pomeranian mix) to Dogtopia for over 3 months and we can't say enough great things about Dogtopia! From the moment we walked in, I knew Maximus was in good hands. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about every dog that comes through the door. They take the time to learn each dog's personality and make sure they feel comfortable, included, and engaged. They treat Maximus like family, and it shows in how excited he is to come back. Story: Before Dogtopia, my sister and I would take Maximus to the dog park where he would get scared and attacked by big dogs. So when my sister heard about them on Instagram, she convinced me to take a tour of the facility. Overall, the facility was great and massive. I had doubts at first but the staff, Mr. Giesick and Jensen, were able to answer all of our questions so we decided to enroll Maximus. Health (Vaccination): They take safety seriously, so every dog is evaluated before joining playgroups, and they make sure all vaccinations are up to date. That level of care gives me total peace of mind. Cleanliness: Their commitment to cleanliness is outstanding. The staff is constantly cleaning the floors, promptly picking up any poop, mopping up the pee, and wiping down the crates to keep everything fresh and sanitary. It's clear they work hard to maintain a healthy, comfortable environment for all the dogs. Schedule: They also follow a great daily schedule that keeps the dogs happy and well-balanced. From Monday through Fridays: 7am-12pm, it's all playtime; 12pm-2pm is lunch and nap time so the pups can rest and recharge; then from 2pm-7pm, it's back to playtime until closing. It's a perfect routine that helps Maximus stay active but also gives him the downtime he needs. Cameras: One of my favorite features are the cameras. They let me peek into the playroom throughout the day to see how Maximus is doing. It's such a comfort to watch him having fun, playing with other dogs, and getting all his energy out in a safe, supervised environment. I notice he loves sitting on the orange steps in the toy room and sometimes likes to play with Dixie, Honey, Bruno and Charlie. App: We can view the cameras through their dogtopia app, and the login process is simple and quick with no hassle at all. On the app, we can also update Maximus's daycare schedule, add bath time, or even schedule an overnight stay for an additional cost, which is perfect for when we travel and our fur baby can't come with us. Being able to manage everything so easily is incredible. Staff: The staff deserves a special shout-out. Jensen is bubbly, sweet, and always greets Maximus with genuine enthusiasm. Quinn is incredibly kind and has a calm presence that puts both dogs and owners at ease. Some mornings, Mr. Giesick greets us with a wave and a warm smile, he's always happy to take Maximus. They always tell us what a good boy he is when we pick him up, and that means so much. Their dedication and positivity make all the difference. Rooms: The facility is clean, safe, and full of fun activities that keep the dogs active and happy throughout the day. I love that they separate playgroups by size and temperament, it gives me peace of mind knowing Maximus is playing with well-matched buddies. The three dedicated rooms are Toy, Romper, and Gym. Each designed for different sizes and play styles of dogs. Maximus is a small Pomeranian so he is in the Toy room surrounded by compatible playmates, which makes his experience even better. They also make sure each room has two bowls of fresh water, so the dogs can stay hydrated throughout the day. Instagram: The regular updates and photos on Instagram are a huge bonus and always brighten my day! They even gave us a report card for Maximus, which was such a thoughtful touch. It highlighted how he played, who he made friends with, and how he behaved. Something every dog parent appreciates. Summary: Maximus comes home tired, happy, and excited to go back every single time. Finding a place you can trust with your furry family member is priceless, and this daycare delivers above and beyond. If you're looking for a daycare where your dog will be loved, carefully monitored, and cared for in an exceptionally clean and well-structured environment, this is the place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and fun environment for their dog!
