Meghan showed up on time with a bright and sunny attitude. She was very pleasant to work with and clearly knew dogs very well. We have two terrier mix rescues and one of them is a bit of a behavioral problem - he nips at groomers. After hearing about this naughty boy, Meghan wanted to do him first, as she said, she was "intrigued". He came back happy and cute as a button! What a great result! She took the second, an older, kind of grumpy dog but very timid. He also came back happy and very cute looking! Meghan worked efficiently, professionally and warmly. What a joy! This was our first time with mobile grooming, and even though the cost was marginally more than you might expect at a brick and mortar groomer, the convenience, professionalism and GREAT result were well worth it. My senior terrier gets stressed easily, so mobile grooming is usually the best option for her. Outlet Mobile Pet Grooming was easy to book, and the groomer showed up within the scheduled window. They were friendly and patient, which I appreciated a lot. The bath was thorough, and her coat looked fluffy afterward. The trimming, however, wasn't exactly what I asked for. It wasn't bad--just shorter than I wanted around her ears and tail. Her nails were trimmed perfectly though, which is usually the hardest part for most groomers. The van looked a bit older compared to other mobile services, but it seemed clean enough inside. What stood out most was how gentle the groomer was. My dog didn't seem scared at all when she came back inside, which is rare. Overall, the service is convenient and caring, but a little more attention to detail in the haircut would make it a solid five stars. read more

Honestly, I booked Outlet Mobile Pet Grooming because my schedule has been crazy, and I didn't have time to drive to a salon. The van showed up right on time, and the groomer was friendly without being too chatty -- which I appreciate. My dog is a big breed and not the easiest to handle, but the groomer stayed patient the whole time. He asked questions, checked his coat for dry spots, and made sure he wasn't stressed before taking him inside the van. When they brought him back out, he looked clean, fluffed up, and way more relaxed than I expected. The trim was simple and neat -- nothing overly styled, just clean and fresh. If I had to mention one thing, it's that the drying took a bit longer than expected, but honestly, that's better than rushing. Convenient, calm, and solid grooming work. Our little poodle had a potty accident so we needed a wash super quick! Their booking took was amazing! We booked our appointment so fast and way in advance. They were able to get to our place no problem, park and groom her while we were upstairs waiting. Took exactly as long as she had warned and with the comfort of knowing she was right downstairs being groomed. The convenience of this service is AWESOME! It is a little pricey which is understandable because of travel, so be prepared for costs depending on the size of your dog. Other than that, I would highly recommend. Outlet Mobile Pet Grooming surpassed my expectations! The groomer was amiable, professional and had treated my dog as they treated their own. I liked that it was so convenient the entire procedure was like they parked right in front of my doorstep and in a quarter of a hour my dog was back with a shiny clean coat and a soft and well groomed look. Our groomer, I think her name was Megan, with Outlet Mobil Pet Grooming was extremely nice. My Lhash/Shih-Tzu had some matting and she did a really good job making him look adorable again. She even took our Boston puppy and trimmed his nails for free! I could tell she is an animal lover which is always a plus when you are trusting someone with your fur babies. Another big plus, the convenience of scheduling an appointment on a Sunday at 3pm. I was having a really hard time trying to get a grooming appointment or even find a groomer. She called me back and our appt for the next morning was set up to be with Megan. You can also book online. Megan was on time and right away, Minkus had a connection with her. She listened to what I wanted done and gave me her recommendations as well. Price is decent considering that it is a mobile service so that's a plus. Meghan did an amazing job with my fur baby! I had recently rescued him from a backyard breeder and he was in desperate need of a bath and haircut.
