He got really upset and complained about how it was halfway through the pedicure and now it was going to take longer to do the nail removal and whatever else. I understood his complaining as laziness, and dropped the request. He had the audacity to ask me several more times if I wanted my nails removed, and I declined. While he finished the pedicure I noticed an ant crawling on his leg. I think this store has a pest problem. I would not get any other manis/pedicure here until it is a little better.
