Came in here because my regular nail place was closed. I needed a pedicure and needed my ingrown toenails maintained. They seated me immediately which was nice and my nail tech was very kind. But she didn't do the ingrown toenails right, and both of my big toes were hurting A LOT for several days after the service. She dug out one on the complete wrong side. Before she started on the second foot I asked if she was going to take care of the ingrown nail on that side, and she said it didn't look like it needed it to her....but then ended up doing it anyway. This is my new go-to salon My toes and nails were done by Lee. Not only was she so sweet and accommodating but she's quick! I was in and out in about an hour after my appointment. The environment was chill and relaxed; made me feel so comfortable. Mai did my brows and that's the initial reason I came back (this was my second time going in, first time was just for a wax). I'll never go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my brows/nails. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars honestly! I'm 7 months pregnant and Lee was so gentle with my hands (I'm a baby when it comes to filing), gentle with my toes and above all did the best job to make my vision come true. Mai is also the sweetest and super compassionate (again, pregnant, I'm very sensitive to everything). Scheduling an appointment here was flexible and easy! The location was clear to spot and upon entering, the salon was clean and followed Covid regulations. As for my nails, they were thin and much more precise on my shape then other salons (the picture might not do them justice). The only thing that was a bit odd was washing my hands after the color was on rather then washing prior to the color application. The work is fine and the techs are nice. The place is clean enough although I suspect not all the brushes and tools are cleaned between clients. What ticked me off the most today was a customer who came in not wearing a mask. She was not asked to put one on by anyone in the salon until I refused to sit next to her while she was unmasked. Only then did a tech bring her a mask which she reluctantly put on. Then, the customer leaves at some point and returns with a drink of some kind, and no mask. Thankfully she's behind me now because the tech switched stations but the customer again was not asked to put her mask on. She even gave me a daring look when I got up after my nails were done. Not sure I'll be returning if the salon is not willing to enforce mask wearing indoors in such a small space. read more

Moving to the area and already packed my own dip mail supplies so stopped here to get my nails done with dip powder. Nails are pretty hope they last 2 weeks. They are not very talkative. I got a dip manicure and it was $51. She didn't put down a clear base like everywhere else I've been does. She went just straight for the color I choose. Then topped it with gel clear polish not the regular top coat for dip. No trimming of the cuticle and no hand massage. Won't be coming back. read more

Got my nails by Le today. It was very painful, she was very rough, I felt my skin getting tiny cuts, the primer sizzled on my tiny cuts. Le answered customers call on speakerphone. When the customer irritated her, she took it out on me. She worked very fast and rough. She kept coughing and clearing her throat. She proceeded to tell me she felt very sick, and dizzy. She said everything was blurry. I said," We can stop my nails and I can come back another time", but but she pulled my hand in and kept working aggressively. She kept telling me to relax. I was afraid of infection and asked if I can wash my hands while she searched for my nail polish and she would not let me, she said after I paint them you can wash them. It was uncomfortable from start to finish. She handled me like I was a dinosaur! Why did I deserve to be handled that way? read more

My mom always gets a shellac manicure and it ALWAYS turns out good. There pedicures leave your feet and legs feeling soft. Even there regular manicures last awhile without chip! I went to this salon because of its cleanliness but I by no means plan on returning... I went in for a simple pedicure with acrylic on my two big toes and French tip with regular polish. The young woman who attended me didn't seem to understand what I wanted. Long story short I left the salon with one foot with really short and round nails and the other food with a square a slightly longer nail , with gel polish and no acrylic on toes after asking her 3x for it. We've been going there for years. Today, I think I had my last appointment there because it was the worst pedicure I've ever had. I barely got my nails trimmed. She didn't file them, there wasn't much of a massage, no drinks offered, I had to ask her again to clip my toenails because she missed my right foot and again I'm leaving with long nails on my right foot. The prices were raised and the service was less than adequate. We were both very disappointed. Not only did I sit down with my friend to enjoy a relaxing pedicure but hers started 10 minutes before mine and she was done 20 minutes after me. My mom has mobility issues and we needed something close. I have been here for my eye brows and they did a good job. It has always been very clean and tidy. When I went in with my mom I bought her the deluxe pkg for the mani and pedi. She said it was amazing! I told them I had to run over to Ross and I would be bck to help her move for the mani. They were awesome with her! Instead of making her travel all the way across the floor for her mani they did it while she got her pedi. I was gone for a bit since they were going to pamper in one spot. I came back after checking out the stores and she was still being pampered. Lol! She was in heaven! They didn't rush or pressure her and they made sure she was comfy and had her drink. She was even ok to sit a bit after and let the chair continue her massage :) the only thing I didn't like was the fact that the owner I think she was, was pushy with me about buying higher end (pricier) nail polish. My mom doesn't use her hands for things like dishes etc. she didn't need the Shelac or the gel. This lady wasn't giving up either until I said thank you, BUT NO. This place gets pretty busy. I first started coming here when I saw their grand opening sign a few months back. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They're pretty staffed so the waits aren't very long. Prices were reasonable. They do charge for the file kits if you forget to bring yours. We had a good first impression so I booked the next session for a party of 7 on a Sunday and they were accommodating to say the least. We were offered drinks and the staff took their time to get each of our Manis /pedis done. It took a little longer than expected but the staff did a great job. It depends on what service you get whether or not you get the massage and hot towel. Ask for Brian if you want a nice set of acrylics. It's his specialty and he'll do a great job. The place is clean and kept up. They're constantly taking reservations and I saw a lot of return customer's. It's best to make reservations for larger parties. They also offer a punch card for every service. I wish the business all the best and look forward to coming back with my girl friends! I don't have a favorite go-to for nail service but I do recommend giving Tnails a try for yourself! read more

The nail place is in a great location with free parking and is fairly clean which is why I'm giving 2 stars. I called to make an appointment for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure two hours in advance. When I walked in each nail tech was busy and it was 20 minutes of waiting before they started the water for my pedicure, then I waited an additional 10 minutes after that before I realized none of them were close to fInishing with other clients so I left 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment was supposed to start (that I arrived to 10 minutes early!). You are better off going to Passion Nails and Spa across the street. They were friendly, gave an accurate estimate for a wait time (as I was a walk-in appointment at that point) and they're equally clean, equally priced and equally as easy to get to. read more

I was not happy with this place.. I gave 2 stars because the lady I had did my nails the way i wanted them. The lady that did my toes also did good and spent a good amount of time on them. So being in this pandemic and having to follow health guidelines you would think this place would be much more sanitized than it was. The brushes they have you wash your hands with had orange rust at the bottom of the bristles, the towels to dry were old and dingy, I did NOT see them clean the seats or the plastic screens when a new customer came in, the gentleman did not switch his gloves he went from doing my nieces toes (which he did a poorly job on, I'll get to that in a second) to doing some ones nails, to cashing people out, the techs had on white gowns but were dirty light brown with stains instead of white and only 2 were wearing them, not one of the techs switched out or cleaned the drill bits, there were way more people in the place than there should have been not good for social distancing, if you look up there was cob webs hanging down from the ceiling. I did not see anyone clean or spray the door from customers coming in and out, or the couches the customers were sitting on. Ok now my nieces toes the gentlemen that did them took maybe 15 minutes on her toes. She wanted them shortened he ignored her so I asked and he cut one big toe and left the rest I I than asked 2 more times to cut the square and shorter he ignored me so she had to litterally point out her pinky toe to cut it shorter. That was one foot, than on her other foot the big toe needed to be even out and cut so we had to ask him to cut it and again only did the big toe. Once again niece had to ask for him to cut her pinky toe and all the ones that were long. He MAYBE had her feet in the water for minute before cutting her cuticles and only did one foot of cuticles and only 2 of her toes on that one foot lol I was so in shock how poorly this pedicure was going. Than he started to polish her nails. I asked him if he was going to scrub them he ignored me and continued painting, than I asked does she get a massage with oil and lotion and a hot towel hahahaha that was a jOke because he ignored me till I asked again than he said yes he messaged for a minute put the hot towel on her legs (one towel for both legs not a towel each) just to wipe off the oil and lotion and SHE WAS DONE. It took her 15 minutes for her toes and mine took 45 minutes to get done. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ALLOW MYSELF OR MY NIECES TO RETURN TO THIS PLACE. If I was in there under cover this place would have lots of check marks and possibly closed till they figured out how to be more sanitized and learn how to actually give their customers what they pay for. We're in a pandemic stuff needs to be clean.. O the best part a lady was coughing and she asked for water they couldn't give her that because that wasn't sanitary because of the covid.. my niece and I just looked at each other and giggled like SERIOUSLY!!! I know there waa more issues but I'm sure you get the point. I know there are other places out here that are paying attention on how to be clean and to keep things healthy for everyone. read more
